If the penis has been under tension through tight abdominals and pelvic tension, which has resulted in chronic inflamation over a period of over 12 months, is it possible that the tunica can regain elasticity?

I don't suffer from a major curve, just a tightness that comes and goes depending on my state of mind, and the amount of times I have sexual encounters/master age. Over all I have lost some girth I would say, but at times it does loosen up and feel more elastic. I still don't know if this is mainly caused by abdominals tensing my penis or if the tunica has tightened over time from chronic inflamation.

I can feel this inflamation and kind of see if through the skin, some times it feels trapped when I am tensed and other times it feels like the inflamation isn't there as bad.

Regardless of this, if inflamation has been chronic in the penis, on and off for over 12 months due do tension, will this always result in an irreversibly tightened tunica? If the tunics has had inflamation spread all over, is it possible to reverse the density of this and regain some girth, along with elasticity, it there are no major calcifications?

Some times it feels loose and elastic, but I am sure i have lost some girth and or had a slight change of shape.

Sorry for rambling I hope you understand my question.

Many thanks in advance.

Doesn't really sound like Peyronie's.  I'd recommend reading the guide a couple times and then see a specialist for an evaluation.  Be sure to take objective measurements so you can monitor any changes.  https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,3180.msg44057.html#msg44057
