Nesbit Suture break I think

Hello there! Guys please help, I'm very sad about it at the moment. I had Nesbit procedure with excision 7weeks ago. Penis was straighted perfectly. But in week 5 I had some rection I heard some sound and than my erection fall down. I think knot loosened at the middle of left side. Now I have loosen penis and loosen erection. Do you think it will get better over time, tissue to get harder? Pls help! I cant feel knot anymore and i think that loosened penis. Will it get better? Thanks!

I did, but he said everything is fine, sutures on places. He don't understand what could be wrong. But i have that feeling. Thanks man, very helpful answer.

What does loosened mean.  The angle recurred or you lost erection?  We can weigh in if we understand more.

I don't know I just have that feeling, like it's loose, even in flaccid, you know, not that strong like it was. It's soft. I think suture broke, because earlier i felt like it was strong clinched together, now even in erection I feel it's soft, but i get erected, it's just soft. Angle is good, maybe little recurred but now that much. I have feeling like right side is holding tensile now, so maybe suture really loosened on left side. I have bigger plications on right side, because I also had left curvature you know. Can i do anything, it's weird feeling, I have soft penis and feel tingling on left side, maybd beacuse of sutures. They are absorbable btw. Thank you so much!!

It'j just very different. I don't know if i could have intercourse, its just soft :/ can i do some diagnosis inside? I'm worried. Its two weeks now, it's sodt, like almlst numb. Even in erection it's soft. Not solid like it was. But i didnt see any blood or blue signs on skin. I feel like it isn't some connection from middle to top. I just feel glans good, shaft is bad. Thanks for replies man!! Appreciate it, i'm devestating :/
