HeyThereYou

I am 21 right now.

HISTORY:

-I have always masturbated while kegeling since a very young age. I started masturbating VERY young each time with a STRONG goal to climax in 10 seconds! I must have been clenching hard during every single one (Mostly everyday during my teens etc). Always been an anxious person with serious OCD so i probably have had involuntary back kegels, not so much front kegels during the day i don't think.

-My first issue occurred when i was 14.
This certain day i think i masturbated like 3-4 times, during the last masturbation that day, i don't know exactly what happened or what movement i made but this sharp pain came into the penis and i had to stop, i cant remember if the penis just shrunk and shrivelled up or not. Never had any bruising or swelling from this injury and the pain subsided after a few minutes. I used to masturbate a lot back then everyday etc but i never had an issue with my penis before, it was completely normal with NO pain or issues.

-(And also I don't know if it has got anything to do with it but around about this time when i was 14 i had started taking Accutane Tablets for acne literally like within the month this happened i believe and i was already noticing weird penis shapes/bumps and stuff previous to this physical pain i had..?, so not sure if there was any relation there?!) I know that drug is seriously messed up and i stopped it 1 and half months in, took 20mg once  day for the first month and then 40mg a day for a small part of the second month. I had been on anti biotics for skin issues for months on end before as well. so that probably has not helped me).

-So since that masturbation session when i was 14 things have never been the same. I went to a doctor around the time it first happened when i was 14 and he said nothing wrong but i was referred to urology which i saw 8 months after the trauma and was also told there is nothing wrong. Then recently in January this year i saw another urologist who also examined my penis and said there is nothing wrong. I have never had ultrasounds or other tests as they never advised me. Just hand examinations. (Theres no plaque even 6-7 years later after that initial trauma so it was obviously not peyronies).

-After the initial trauma when i was 14 i carried on masturbating regularly (Mostly everyday) up until i was about 17-18 where i reduced it significantly just due to a more hectic life. After i first did it, i believe i just carried on masturbating as normal.

IMMEDIATE SYMPTOMS I HAD WHEN I FIRST DID TRAUMA BACK WHEN I WAS 14:

-Penis started showing weird shapes, like when semi erect, or after erection and climax, penis shrivelled up more easily, went into this hard flacid state. Looked weird.
-Looked more lumpy overall when in this hard flacid state.
-My erection quality has never been the same since.
-The shaft just below the head went progressively thinner, even though i cannot pin point an exact injury anywhere.
-When i first did it back then i noticed the overall size went smaller possibly progressively over the next few months then kind of stopped i think.
-Penile pain with erection etc. I just cant remember the degree of penile pain when i first had the trauma but i know it calmed down a lot as the months went on.

NOW SYMPTOMS THAT STILL PERSIST TO THIS DAY 6-7 YEARS LATER:

-Struggle to keep a solid erection, only stays up with lots of physical and mental stimulation at the same time, if i stop, erection will be lost quickly, Erections are not always full. I can get erections on their own with mental stimulation but it is not a full erection. I do and have got morning wood but its never a full solid morning wood, always weak. Would not be able to hold a towel i don't think. Sometimes i will get an erection during the night that will stay hard for a while but never a 100% erection.
-For sure the girth just below the helmet is thinner than the rest of the penis , It is ESPECIALLY thinner when flacid and semi hard. When fully erect it does fill out but it is still thinner than middle of the penis. Base is thinner again i believe.
-The corpus spongiosum does not easily fill up and become erect, its kind of soft (Bottom tube of penis). (Not sure if this was after it happened when i was 14 or something that came about over years, could be nothing to do with initial incident). It does fill up the more fully erect and aroused i am.
-When flacid the head is cold most of the time.
-When erect, penis is extremely sensitive in terms of pain if i move it on its own when erect it hurts a lot. Kind of like an unpleasant pressure feeling in the whole of the penis when erect. (This has improved over the years).
-When erect, if i press all over the penis, most zones are painful to press on. There is certain points that are more painful though.
-Sometimes when blood is going into the penis as its getting erect it is painful. Like as if it is painful for penis to be half engorged with blood as getting erect, as if the penis hurts because  starting to stand out but does not have enough blood to support? (also improved over time).

-Also, this is not to do with my injury or peyronies but i have severe premature ejaculation and that is another indicator of pelvic floor tightness. i Can  feel myself involuntary kegeling when masturbating constantly.

(Explained all above to urologists this year and said nothing at all, basically in my head).

RECENT SITUATION IN THE LAST MONTH:

Most of the symptoms above are present to this day but i feel as though things have gotten slightly worse recently, I don't recall any specific traumatic injury that i did but i have been very horny in the last two months or so, and i have been kind of stroking it more often etc, i have got SEVERE premature ejaculation so i have been purposely edging more to train myself to last longer, this is probably where my issues may have come back from. Maybe more playing with my dick while it is not fully erect. I started noticing a mild discomfort pain while masturbating around the time this started to come on (around the area where below i've linked the ribs/cords etc).

-I woke up about a month ago and the penis when in a flacid and semi erect state started looking more deformed, has more of a prominent bend when semi erect, Thinner overall especially thinner at the region below penis head (Like before) but when fully erect the bend is not really as noticeable as it is in the flacid and semi erect state, Also deformity is not as noticeable when fully erect. There's no issues with the bend when erect.
-Throughout the day when flacid i will notice pain shooting around that area where this cord is, not a terrible pain in anyway but noticeable. Not constant either just shoots now and again, is worse after moving penis in certain directions.
-I've noticed this 'cord' like looking thing near the base to the left side of the penis, it bulges out of the skin, it's a thin strip that goes half way around the circumference, if you gently moved your finger over it you would feel it like a vein but when you press on it, it is soft and not hard. The area around that cord (Maybe not directly from the cord itself but just that area) is where the pain is more noticeable and also where the penis seems to have thinned, and also where the more bend seems to come from. (I could send a photo of this is if it is suitable, no problem if not) When erect, the area where i have noticed this cord, it seems very bumpy and weird there, like small indentations etc. When flacid though you can't feel anything in that cord area. Only is felt when erect.

OVERALL HEALTH/MEDICATION/CURRENT LIFESTYLE BRIEFLY ETC

-Hormonal/lipids all full blood tests are all fine, in fact my testosterone is very high, thyroid is fine. Never needed to see Endo although i do feel some of the issue is down to my hormonal health.
-I eat an extremely clean diet and have done for at least 4 years now.
-Take absolutely zero medication.
-Exercise with weights daily.
-Hardly ever consume alcohol/do not smoke/do not take drugs.

I have those same cord and in erect state they become very deep indentations as if someone cut a piece out. Looks very much comparable to this here

See the circumferential indentations? That's a huge issue

What ever it is, just wait until the urologist sees you, really you don't know what it is, i'm in the same position as you i'm just waiting on an ultrasound but honestly coming back to these forums is killing me, just reading stories on here absolutely nukes my mood and leaves me depressed.. wait until someone can professionally diagnose you and then be proactive against what ever it is.

Welcome to the Forum, Heythereyou.  This is a tough disease at any age, and I can only imagine how much worse to have it at such a young age rather than "middle aged" like so many of us here.

My advice is to not overly worry about it until you see your doctor, but also to be proactive and start doing something early in case it is Peyronie's.  Things that won't hurt a healthy penis  (in case you don't have it) but would also help in case it IS Peyronie's.  Things like massage/rubbing it, stretching it, a pump if you can get access to one, etc.  Those things won't hurt a non-Peyronies Disease penis, and should help you if you DO have Peyronies Disease.

In my case, once I felt like I was doing SOMETHING (anything!) to make this better, I stopped feeling sorry for myself and felt a little more control back in my life.  That's something that helped me.

Good luck, man! Let us know how we can help and support you.
Peyronie's since 2017
Have tried: X4Labs Extender; Phallosan; Jelqing; Manual Massage & Stretches; VED Pump; DMSO + Iodine, Vit E; Ultrasound.
Curve gone from 90 degrees to 20.
Still have hour glassing, which I HATE
Open to new suggestions & ideas.

thanks so much Randy i really appreciate the kind words. Yeah you hit the nail on the head! Yeah that's exactly what i'm looking, something that would not hurt a healthy penis.. Well i have my ultrasound next thursday so i'm going to wait until then and then get really pro active about things.. Thanks again dude

I have the exact same chord like thing but on other side of the penis in same position as you. I think I've always had it and have no pain you sure it's not a tendon or something? What did the urologist say it is?
39 been noticing pain and curvature to the left and maybe a little upwards for around 6 months. Pain is most days now . Taking vitamin e and arginine daily.

this is my cord. however I have 20 degree curvature and a 4mnm deep indentation at this area when hard so I definitely do believe it is peyronies and have been diagnosed with it as well, however no ultra sound has been performed only palpation by hand. in any case, ill get an ultra sound next week to confirm it is peyronies because I can't think of anything else that could has such a deep indentation, its like a part of my penis was literally cut out there

If the ultrasound finds no plaque, I'd suspect your'e in the clear esp since your symptoms seem stable.
I would consider two things.  Low dose nightly generic cialis (2.5-5 mg) to help immediately and hopefully long term w erections. Also, something for pain such as ibuprofen or applying diclofenac sodium gel directly to the penis.
Oh, be sure to take objective measurements if you don't have them to accurately measure any future changes.
Good luck and keep us posted.

At best the pelvic floor and "penis muscles" are balanced and work involuntary.
You basically trained yourself with "kegels" and what you describe into a state where your penis isn't working properly. It interferes with the blood flow, possibly pinches nerves etc.

You should train "Reverse Kegels", balance your pelvic floor and stop unhealthy masturbation habits.
A tense bulbospongiosus muscle will prevent your corpora spongiosum to fill up. I trained myself to do really powerful reverse kegels and can basically fill the Corpora Spongiousm and glans at will with it.(it increase pressure coming into the penis)
Could take some time to "re-train".

It's not clear if you have damaged something that can't be easily reversed or if you have peyronies disease.
Certainly interfering with the blood flow to the penis makes it easier for stuff like peyronies disease to manifest.

Kind of a pandemic affecting men growing up in the last 15 years. It's pornhubs fault lol.

Hey melting,

could you please elaborate on your reverse kegel technique? Are you pushing? How much? Are you holding breath to kind of "force it" to ballon up (the area of BC muscle)?

Thankful for any details.

I am not sure I buy into all the pelvic floor theory or that it has any sound basis in medicine.
