Choosing a traction device

Hi all.
I'm wanting to try out a traction device, and I'm wondering what people think is the best option.

I have a pretty minor curve left/down, hourglassing/ loss of girth effecting the distal half of my penis, and very palpable, nodule-like plaques behind my glans. I also have some serious loss of sensation, which I suspect is caused by the plaques behind my glans, since this is where I have lost a lot of sensation.
My primary goals are to soften/ shrink the plaques and hopefully as a result to free up more sensitive tissue. Reducing the hourglassing would be great. Reducing the curve would be nice, but not my top priority.

So, I'm hesitant about restorex since the clamp would attatch pretty much right where my plaques already are, failing to give me a stretch where I actually need it. I've also heard some accounts of scarring caused at the site of attachment by the restorex clamp. My glans is still very healthy looking (not shrinking or deflated, although not nearly as sensitive because of the plaques). I don't want to F~@< that up.

Just wondering if people have thoughts about what traction device would be most helpful in my situation.

I'd go w the ESL40 (inexpensive) or PMP peni master pro

I'm using Penimaster Pro and it's really really comfortable, even if a little bit too expensive.

Ok that's encouraging. I'm probably leaning toward the PMP, but we'll see.

Have you seen any results?

Yeah, you want to stretch the area where the plaques are while avoiding further trauma.

Anything that attaches to the glans might be problematic for you. Most do attach right behind the glans.
If you do it smart, you can always stretch with your hands manually too.
Also think about a VED which has no attachment point and also stretches tissue.(of course not as direct)

Melting,
I am using VED, and also manual stretching.
I was assuming something that attached to the glans direction (via suction, or whatever) would be better than something that attaches behind the glans, since most of my plaques are right behind the glans or in the erectile tissue inside the glans. Anything that attached behind the glans wouldn't be able to stretch these plaques.

Is there a concern that something that attaches directly to my glans would cause glans deformity?
If so, it's seeming like there's really not a good option for me :/

I think you are right to be concerned with glans issues from the clamping mechanisms.  You don't want to end up with meatal stenosis or any issues in the meatal urethra.

I'm using it since 3 weeks only, so far no results but everyone (including many studies) says that the first "step" to see results are 3-6 months.. not less. I'll update.

It really depends on time and intensity but if you do it sensibly, probing.. you wont cause injury.
Extenders attached with a "vaccuum bell" are a possibility but are also kind of attaching to the rim of the glans. You have to look at their function and if it makes sense for you.
