Hi guys i have noticed a few months ago that i have a big lump on the upper part of my penis ( It's kinda like a pea..maybe a little smaller i dont know) BUT IT ONLY APPEARS when my penis gets really really hard and even veins become more prominent. Is there anyone else here who gets that? I don't have any deformity there yet and i hope that i wont have one since i already lost some length and girth, but i just don't know if it might be  caused by peyronie or something else. The lump is under the skin of course.
Just curious if anyone here has this as well

Mondors is pretty rare. Did you get a diagnosis of peyronie's from a qualified uro with a doppler exam yet? I know exams are probably not a possibility during covid.

Mondor's is rare as Samsung pointed out.  It's more than likely diffused fibrosis / scar tissue.  I have an hourglass shaped patch on my dorsal shaft that is very much like that. You can see it all the time, but most prominently during a full (albiet gimped up now thanks to peyronie's) erection.
45 Yrs old, Peyronies Disease Onset 11/2019, Stabilized 6/2020.

Dent/Hourglassing distal and dorsal side, lost length and girth.

Underwent Plication with Dr. Brian Christine in Birmingham, AL on 6/17/2021. Fully recovered with no complications.
