In another futile attempt to get some professional advice, the new uro told me to check on here what people are using. I was thrown off since uros are usually very egotistic and scuff at everything anyone else says but he literally told me this forum will be more helpful than him. He also said that this disease simply isn't studied because there's no money in it. So looks like it's us against the world fellas

Hello,

I have to say its good to hear you were referred to us by a urologist. it shows well on the forum that a doctor recognizes our efforts. We really do our best to help guide the members and instruct. I am assuming he was not a specialist if he said there was nothing he could offer to you, have gone through our lists of specialists here in the forum?

Yeah he was not a specialist. Just a very popular uro in my city. But yes he was familiar with this site, he actually says he browses it him self, and did refer me to a specialist near philly and New York. Was just nice to see someone that did in fact admit many people on here know what they're talking about instead of scuffing at the idea of reading up about symptoms and relief methods online
