Does a new lump mean there'll be a new deformity in one's penis?

If someone gets a lump that he didnt have before (But had peyronies) does it means that he's 1000000% bound to get a new deformity in his penis?
Also does the lump's size matter when curvature occurs?
For example a bigger sized lump would curve/affect a penis more than a smaller one? Kinda confused

I could be wrong as a generality, but in my specific case, no. I have developed new plaque and the curve stayed the same and in the same place. Not always 100% that you'll develop something.
