Numbness solution?

Hey guys, have any of you solved the numb penis problem. I had an injury 2 years ago and besides small plaque on my top right everything seemed ok. Then out of nowhere in January I developed a numbness on the right side of my penis. It also progressed in terms of scarring but straightened out full while erect so hopefully it does not get worse. Only thing I'm worried about right now is if there is any way to get the sensation back. Right now it feels like just scar tissue. I also developed a snake like scarring running along the shaft. Started doing traction with castor oil every day. Along with 3000mg l car,  3000mg l arg, 3000mg fish oil, 900mg vitamin e. Thanks in advance
