Two types of scar?

I'm wondering if I have two different types of scar.

One, on my right side seems to cover large area but can be softened by a VED or heat. It is however very naturally active.

But then one on my left side which is more precise in its location, harder and does not respond well to the ved and heat. However it is not as naturally active, it seems to need to aggrivate it by over mastubation or over VED pumping.

Is this possible to have two different types of peyronie's?

You can have two different plaques.  Also, one may be calcified

If one of the scars are calcified how should I differ my treatment of it?
