Guys,

Here's another publication, https://www.spandidos-publications.com/10.3892/ijmm.2015.2299

I note that it doesn't mention peyronies, however I have looked into Shikonin and it's apparently has a lot of attention in that it's also potent anti-cancer potential. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alkannin

Interestingly, it reduces contractility of scarring and the wound healing process. My thoughts immediately make think this would be perfect as a cream or oral, if doing it with traction. I mean, wouldn't it be ideal to have a substance that is anti contracting on wound / remolding, while stretching at the same time?

It looks like this stuff is generally used in creams for scars and is available. I'll do some more research on this re: oral vs topical. Or perhaps both..

Anyway, another potentially useful tool to add to the combo of your treatments.

Could be used in transdermal cremes.

Is this freely available?

Yes,

It does seem it's freely available. No prescription, it looks like a relatively new market as well. Much of it placed in creams, it seems like it's fat soluble which means it's best used topical from what I can see so far.

Looks like the pure form can be purchased, a bit expensive but I guess you use tiny amounts. I have no idea what they ratio to mix it would be.

It seems people are already using it for hypertrophic scarring in burn scars with success.
