Got an "intimate" area whitening cream. It contains:

Purified water
Glycerol
10% niacinamide
2 % alpha arbutin
2 % n-acetyl glucosamine

Spray on dick or throw away?

Anyone know anything about this or should we just discuss fasting and keto? Or water fasting? Or dry fasting? Not real answers about specific questions.

I wish I could be more helpfull, but none of the ingredients are familiar to me. Hope more people read your post and chime in.
Age: 25
Date of onset: 17
Symptoms: sharp pains, numbness, change in shape/size, hourglassing and discolaration from jelqing/VED usage as a teen. Diagnosed with a venous leak and possible scarring.
Treatments tried: cialis, pentox and VED didnt help
