How long will it typically take for plaques to calcify?

I'm aware that plaques don't always calcify, I'm just curious what the timeline is when they do.

Are there things you can do to prevent calcification on top of the usual peyronie's treatments (VED, traction, pentox, etc.)?

It's six months since I presented symptoms.

I believe the treatments do stop the progression when you are responding well to them.  Always throw as many of the treatment modalities as you can for best outcomes.
PxD 2 yrs 9/16.  Failed all treatment. 9/11/18: excision, grafting & implant Dr Karpman MtnView Ca, AMS CX 18cm + 3-1cm RTEs.
Pump failed.  2/11/20 Dr Karpman installed Titan 22cm +1cm RTE.

I'll do that. I didn't start on any supplements until a few months ago and am still waiting to get on pentox and start with VED. So I'm wondering what are the chances that my plaques have calcified already and are in danger or calcifying.

I'm wondering if there's any info on what the typical timeline is for calcification of plaques if you aren't doing any treatment.

There is no timeline. Could calcify immediately or never. And no plaque is ever 100% anyway. That is what I was told. That plaques are never uniform. Some parts are harder than others.
