New vein appeared ?

Hi ,
I about a month ago noticed a vein that I have never seen before or at least wasnt able see at the end penis just under glans . It is on right side penis and runs lengthwise all way from base to glans on right side of penis. I think could see it near base before but never visible  near the end my penis until like a months ago. Any reason why this would start to protrude tiny bit so where can actually see it now at end? My new area have problem  relapse of peyronies with is at end  penis on right near the side but little to left vein not same spot.. Just curious after 40 years why all sudden sticking out enough see it. And is the tissue under skin the tunica or is it the bucks facia or other layer. Is there a layer of tissue in between tunica and skin??

When my peyronie-like symptoms started (scar tissue and intendation right under glans, no bend), I developed A TON on new veins, esp. after cycling PDE5 inhibitors. The new veins have a purpose and act like a compensation.

Me too. Bunch of new veins and my skin looks different in a few places too.
