Hi All,

Quick question - going for a second ultrasound tomorrow. Hoping to get it while erect as my first one was mostly flaccid (partly from sheer anxiety preventing the injection from working). Is there a viable alternative to an injection induced erection? Would like to ask the Peyronies Disease specialist I'm seeing before I go ahead with a second injection. Any help is greatly appreciated!!

Will they give you some time to get it up on your own...maybe watching a video on your phone...if not, up the dosage on what they gave you last to induce the erection.  Only need erect ultrasound to assess ED, not peyronies.

Thanks tony! Just had it done and no scarring or plaques were found. I watched the screen during the process, as my uro said that plaques or scarring would appear as white dots or patches of dots. Looked "remarkable" in his words. Going to stay on the forums as I believe a lot of what I did from June to now prevented anything serious from taking place.

Were you able to get erect though?

I was! He said arterial flow looked great and no sign of venuous leakage.

That sounds great!
What did you do since June? And what is the state of your penis/tissue right now?

Since June I used the following:
Pentox 3x400
ALC 1.5g
L-Arginine 1-2g
CoQ10 400mg
Fish Oil
Turmeric on and off
Cialis 5g (planning to cut back to 2.5 and then get off of completely)
Occasional hand traction
LOTS of heat therapy via a department store heating pad
Weightlifting/stretching/etc
Healthy eating and IF

Overall I still have some bending after sex and a bit of soreness, but I chalk it up to pelvic floor problems. Been going to PT for that and seeing small improvements. My erections are better than they were pre-injury and I experience very minor titling at the head. Has essentially looked the same, f not gotten better, since initial injury.

Good.
Keep the pelvic floor therapy going. It's a problem many guys have in these times which shows in different forms.

Check for instabilities/balance in the hips etc. Can have such huge impact downstream to the penis. (chiropractic or other Physical therapists)
