Why can't they make an implant as big as you want?

I posted a video from youtube a while back that no one took seriously called "Indian penis trick" and I wonder why urologists don't know anything about it. Indian babas have a technique for making their penis like 2 ft. long. It (purposely) destroys your ability to get erections of course. They stretch it with a stick, etc. But with an implant who cares if you can't get an erection naturally?

Why can't you make a penis as wide and long as you want? This is a simplistic post I realize as I am not a doctor. But they can make breasts as large as they want. What is different about a dick?

And if Indians with no technology can do it why can't an advanced surgeon with an implant?

Great point. If you put it like that I also don't see why this isn't a possibility. If this was possible without severely damaging nerves I would probably do it. Maybe others here know why this is or isn't possible.

I surgeon CAN put in an implant that fits the size of your penis no matter what size it is.  They cannot put in an implant larger than your penis because the cylinders will not straighten out and will kink.  Also constant pressure against the glands (like is common with a malleable implant can cause the cylinders or rods to migrate through the tissue causing a horrendous problem.
