(I will be making an appointment with a urologist, I won't see one until maybe mid January... do I need to go to a immediate clinic or can I wait???)

I'm hoping someone can help me understand what may be going on.

This happened around December 13th. I noticed a sharp pain while I was masturbating on the lower right side of my penis, just around the mid and lower shaft/bottom area. I stopped masturbating and figured I maybe just "pulled" something and needed to stop. I also noticed it only hurt when I started to get an erection. The pain was noticeable when I would be at work and me having my mind in a gutter would cause the pain to be worse because of the pressure/restriction from my underwear making it hurt more since it couldn't fully expend and it was being pressured on the damaged area. I stopped masturbating for 2 days, I masturbated again the day after and the pain wasn't so severe. I know- I shouldn't have, I did it a few more times to see if it is healing, but also because I suffer from porn and masturbation addiction that is severe... A day after that I did it again and the pain felt lessened and then the same the next day. The pain is almost gone, however it still leans to the right when I get an erection and I can't tell if my erections are not as strong or weaker because I am afraid of "going all out". I need to give it more time. I have had this same exact pain and accident before while masturbating when I was 13, except I kept masturbating and never gave myself a brake even when it hurt, I didn't get a bend either... but I am 26 now and now my penis is leaning towards the right. I'm not sure if me sleeping naked while having a pillow in between my legs with my penis on top of it may have also contributed to this, I know that if you have an erection while asleep and move around you can get injured and I always rest my penis on my pillow when I have it in between my legs. The bend when erect is noticeable to me, probably by 10-20degrees more to the right?

Please any advice. I am going to see the first urologist I can get as soon as possible, I tried finding urologists that specialized in ED, injury and Peyrones disease but they're very far away and I'll find to stick to a urologist that doesn't have any particular interests in those areas, I hope they can still help and if you think I should see someone more specialized please let me know... I didn't notice the leaning until days later because I didn't want to masturbate those few days when the pain was severe. I also don't notice any swelling or bruising. It seems to be all internal.

Edit: when I had the similar pain and incident at age 13, there was no leaning to one side symptom. This is new.

Edit 2: it also leans a little bit to the right when flaccid too.

Edit 3: I also experience sometimes a light dull ache in that same area sometimes, even when I am flaccid too

Edit 4: I can't find any lumps but I think I do feel some "harder tissue/skin/" on my lower right side of the shaft and area that goes from the pubic area to the shaft, hard to explain, further below the base where it's not the penis?

Please any advice and tips too would be a god send To help me treat this until I see a urologist. I am also afraid which urologist to see because many of the ones near me don't 'specialize' in Peyronies Disease, can a normal urologist diagnose this properly? I am stressing out of my mind
Age 27
Date of noticed Peyronies Disease 12/13?/2019 (noticed pain while masturbating, penis then leaned to the right)
Current conditions: ulcerative colitis, suffers from porn addiction/chronic masturbation as well since age 13 (possibly the cause of Peyronies Disease)

You're on the right track, if it is peyronies you've caught it early.  Read the survival guide here and bring any questions to your doc and the forum.  https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,3180.msg44057.html#msg44057. Welcome

I believe most people get injured in their sleep without knowing. And the bend can increase when you get wood during the night and wear underwear or something which restricts the penis and you can worsen the bend. I can cure it for you.
