Another soft glans victim (since 29, now 32)

My story is somehow long. I read about my problem a lot in the net. And as far as I know, there is no cure.

I got a much weaker erection from one day to the other. My glans is soft and I don't feel there anything anymore.

I don't know how it happened but here are the symptoms I got at the first week.

- Soft glans with every erection
- My dick doesn't get hard anymore without my help or continuous contraction
- It's not quite as hard as it was back then
- There is only one point left I feel sth. which makes sex really hard because a girl can't ride me on top anymore. And I can't feel anything when I get a blowjob.
- Morning erections don't exist anymore
- I had a strong pain for a while from the penis head to my prostate. I think I broke sth. in this connection. Since then I have a little pain sometimes.
- As I mentioned it before, my erection gets small fast again without contractions. After starting to fap almost after 1 or 2 minutes I'm loosing liquid which drops out of my penis. I can't hold it in. It's not sperm it's the liquid the prostate provides.
- My glans is dead. Especially condoms give me a hard time cause the pressure of the elastic plastic shrinks my head.


It started with 29 in winter time and I have this conditions till today, I'm getting 33 now. I can improve it with Cialis or Viagra which I get from the Darknet cause otherwise it would too expensive for me. It works for me sometimes but it prevents me to built up a solid relationship anymore. Which makes me really, really sad. I love women and I loved to please them. I had such a great dick, good conditions and hard like a proper healthy German tree.

Sex is not fun anymore. It's pressure for me physically and mentally. I want to be with the girl again when we get closer. But all I can think of is my dick and praying to the lord it won't get soft too fast. The girls are recognizing it as well. That's also why I don't want a relationship. I don't want to disappoint the girls and myself too much.

I like to travel and there are some countries left on my list which I want to see before I'm leaving this planet. But for me, life after that incident is not life anymore. I don't know how it happened. But I guess it was a long fapping session. I didn't recognize a plob or sth.

Just today, I got rejected from a girl. She chose another guy. That's why I'm so sad today and telling this story. You'll find this kind of guys like me all over the net. But here I am, one more victim.

Hi guy, you'll find support here and there is hope.  If Viagra works, why is that a problem in relationships?  Women are very understanding and appreciate men who can be vulnerable.

You don't need a penis to keep a girl in your life (or even a hot one). The problem is how you feel toward your problem.

That said, your problem is real and needs attention. I feel for you because I had a lot of those types of issues all the while seeing women.

Thanks for the reply but yeah, I don't believe this "you don't have to please a woman with your dick". And I don't want to be that type of guy. The Viagra thing is kind of embarrassing. I have to swallow it before and my face gets red like a tomato. Not to mention the headache thing in the next morning. It won't work forever. Since I got this problem it got worse.

But I watched some of NeoV YT videos now. I'll try the low carb thing and I'm in a no fap challange right now. So we'll see. But yeah, it won't be as it was in the past and there is still some mechanical damage in my penis which can't be repaired.

I agree with Tony_sa and Neo. Satisfying a woman is not dependent on your penis. Many women do not need the act of intercourse to get off. Women are very understanding and prefer honesty. Now all that being said, it does nothing for your state of mind about the condition. You haven't said if you have seen a specialist and I am assuming you haven't only because of your comment about the Viagra being so expensive. The red face and headache could just simply be a result of the Viagra opening up all the blood vessels in your body to allow blood to flow easily as it is supposed to do.

This forum if full of information and support so please make sure you visit the boards and post. I am going to send you a PM with some helpful links throughout the forum. There are a lot of treatment plans to be tried so this is no time to give up. As for the girl that rejected you, no matter what the reason was she was obviously not the one for you.

Hey, thanks for all the support. I got some PM's and I'm thankful for it. But still, it's a tough problem which might not been solve-able.

One more information about the cause. I didn't mention it because I'm still really angry about that if this was the reason. But I did some penis length improvements for a longer time and probably I paid for that. I loved doing kegels. But I can't remember if I did it before I recognized sth. is wrong with my dick.

I hope your videos spread far over the net NeoV, because these techniques to improve size are extremely dangerous (mine was never ever small but porn F~@ks up your brain and you want a bigger one. Women before said already I'm hurting them sometimes because it's already a good size).

I had all in my life and just throw it away cause my dumbness. This things need more attention for sure! I mean this forum is not especially for my problem but somehow it's still connected.

I don't believe kegel exercises can be detrimental unless it exacerbated hard flaccid.

The thing with kegel exercise is that the "Musculus bulbospongiosus" is often overemphasized and the way they taught on google and some PE sites can lead to a pelvic floor disbalance. (Basically like if you would only train your abs and your back is weak, or if your biceps was so strong and tense a much weaker triceps couldn't pull the arm the other way)  

You needing conscious contractions to fill the glans points to me to an imbalance. When your PF is balanced you could basically keep a full glans (while aroused) by a light "reverse kegel" which is the opposite of the often done kegel.
Btw. most guys have a soft glans when there's no high arousal. Mine only get's really full if I'm at high arousal, especially approaching climax.

soft_glans, in any case I would emphasize focus on a balanced, relaxed and(when the former is achieved) a strong pelvic floor.
What did the doc's say?
To me it sounds like there's a nerve problem, which can take a long time to heal or could be pinched in your PF.

I mean we don't know what it is exactly but I think it's definitely more than just a nerve problem. There is so much we haven't found out yet.

I can still feel temperature. I read so much about my problem and even special tests and MRI pictures show nothing. A good example is the thread of sonnyjim, he has the same problem and went through so many tests without any results.

I visited a doctor but he only found out that my prostate was increased cause of an infection which I got additionally (he assumed this caused the ED). Since then I haven't visited one. It's just waste of time in my opinion. I would have to check which doctors are specialized and travel far. And at the end, there is no cure anyway. I didn't give up but I'm just realistic. Soft glans syndrome is not really popular overall, especially in Germany.

I accepted it already that I f'~c<+d up. Somehow I deserve it. My life is not that special and many other bad things happened to me before. So this is just one more thing which got wrong. I'm happy I'm not in pain. But I miss the old times so badly .

I had a date today but we just met without any sexual incident. In the old days I got already an erection by touching the woman. Today it's only a really soft erection. And after it gets totally soft again, some liquid always drops out of my penis. Just weird.
