A theory: penile injuries trigger other pelvic floor problems, like anal fistula

Hello good people of the forum. I have this possibly ridiculus idea. Let me tell you why I think that way.

6 months ago I fractured my penis during woman on top sexual intercourse. I had no hematoma, no bruises, nothing. That's why my diagnosis was not easy and I had to visit 4 doctors before one of them put his finger on it. Anyways, thankfully my fracture is almost healed without ED, but some curvature development occured. I am cool with it. 25 degrees to the left. It gives my penis character you know. At least I want to see this situation like that. This 6 months was a nightmare, mental struggle and stress was intense. I am still recovering from the anxiety and stress. But this topic is not about my penis, unlike most of the topics I start here.

If I learnt anything during that time period it is this: medicine science know very little about the pelvic floor. Or they just don't care. I am not here to blame medicine. I had pelvic floor pain and hard flaccid syndrom all this time. I mentioned this problem several times to several doctors. None of them knew what I was talking about. A fricking proffesor told me there is literaly zero connection between your dick and your pelvic area. I am not an expert obviously, but my body says the exact opposite. Anyways, one month ago I woke up with an intense pain in my anus. It was very swollen in just a few hours. I immediately realised it was something serious, because I had fever  and the pain was beyond acceptable. I had to call an ambulance because I couldn't move. Turned out I had anal abscess. It was drained in the most painful way imaginable. I asked my doc why this happened and told him about my penile fracture. He didn't listen, didn't care. I mentioned my pelvic pain too, still, nothing. I started reading every single article about anal abscess and I found out, its real reason is unknown. Out of nowhere, you can wake up with a F^@$!ng lemon size bump on your ass.

This week, I woke up with the exact same pain. I immediatly checked my pelvic muscles, they were very tense. My hard flaccid was there too, and my penis was hurting. I had to call an ambulance again. This time the doc who drained it told me I had anal fistula. It's basicaly a tunnel that connects your rectum to the skin of your butt and form a second a$$hole there. crap gets in there and cause infection. Very nasty problem and the surgery can cause horrible side effects such as losing control of your bowel movements.

I believe this has some type of connection with my pelvic pain and hard flaccid. My pelvic muscles were always tense. I had contractions even when I was relaxed. I could feel my anus had contractions during the day. And since anal fistula and abscess is a mystery to medicine, I started to think pelvic muscle problems can, somehow, cause your anus to malfunction. Anal fistula is belived to be caused by the malfunctioning of the glands near your anus that help you crap easier.

Now I have yo have surgery to not to crap myself for the rest of my life. And I am scared for my penis too! Fistula is very close to my sensitive, scared penis and they will cut the muscles down there. Operation will be done under general anesthesia which means they will insert a tube into my penis to take my piss from my bladder.

Any ideas? Is it possible that I am right? Pelvic floor is surprisingly unknown to modern medicine. I know I am taking a shot right know, but lack of satisfying answers can make you delusional.
25 year old with penile fracture. Fracture happened on May 30. No surgery, only conservative treatment. Uro thinks it was not a big one. No ED, no peyronies so far. Doctor says Peyronies Disease is possible. Constant penile pain, turtling, hard flaccid.

The one and only Nocekgari is back! Lol bro everybody has their own f*cked up problem that is unique. But hey, just make sure to stick all the info in their face and don't take no for an answer.
It seems like this surgery is a must for you, right? And I don't doubt that you're absolutely right about the pelvic floor. It's a forgotten problem like many other things. I believe doctors just don't care about it because they see it as a "non existing problem". Same thing with young people being flipped off by urologists when they say they have Peyronie's.
I don't know much about the things you're going through, but I would really stick your doc in the face with your history with penile injuries and so on. I don't doubt it will be just fine, but still, make them understand your thoughts and reasons for anxiety regarding your situation. If they label themselves "professionals" they should take their time and listen.

It's nice to see you too my old friend :)
Unfortunately, surgery is a must, otherwise I am at risk of literally crapping myself during work or during  a date. This thing bypasses muscles around your anus. Renders them useless.
I'm really sick and tired of seeing those profesionals' ignorance. I pay my maximum to see the so called best doctors. Yet they have no idea about pelvic floor problems. Like a urologist's expertise ends at the balls. A general surgeon is no different. I saw two of them for my butt and told both of them about my fracture and pelvic pain. They just ignored it, even got angry at me for looking up symptoms on the internet and getting confuses by the crap in there.

Bro, we are a part of a very selected few that has go through life with very weird and f*cked up problems. Even tho Peyronie's is more common that we think, it's very unlikely to have to deal with it. Same with your problem man, but it shapes us in the end, to more complete and better men. Something people with "normal" problems will never reach up to.
Doctor-incompetence is not something new bro, and the thing you mentioned about them getting mad over internet-info... that's the worst. They feel like you've insulted their integrity as an urologist/surgeon and just flip off all the information you put in their face. Ridiculous, but it's the f*cked up truth. I'm very confident you won't face any "dick complications" following this surgery. But I wouldn't, like I mentioned before, take any risks. Try to put your thoughts in the surgeons head and make him aware of your anxiety. You will be just fine, bro.
