Hey dudes, i'm 22 years old and i've been suffering from peyronies since i was about 17. I didnt know it was peyronies until i finally looked it up online and was just too embarrassed to see my doctor or a urologist. 3 years later i decided since i had my own car i would finally make the step to finally get it checked out since online horror stories had convinced me enough to do so but it also freaked me out. I went in, my urologist felt me up, and diagnosed me with peyronies. I already knew that, i explained that i had this for 3 years in the paper they told me to fill out. He suggested to take vitamin e and wait it out, came back months later, he felt me up again; improvement, idk if he thought i was cured or anything but he seemed hopeful. I wasnt quite convinced so i went to a different urologist, he said he couldnt really feel any scar tissue and suggested if i really wanted to get it checked out again to go to a doctor in the city, i live on long island. Fast forward, i took my ultrasound doppler with him today and said what every other urologist said, i have small scar tissue but have normal healthy blood flow and a slight curve. I was reassured i didnt have a severe case of peyronies but he didn't really reassure me i was gonna get any better. I don't really care about the curve, sometimes i get trouble with erections but thats because of the pain, i honestly want to get rid of the pain. He suggested injections, traction device, or go to a pain specialist. I'm probably going to a pain specialist near my area that could help me. I'll also double check myself with a urologist if my erections are actually ok. Anyway, rn im taking a train ride home, feel like the injection they gave me to get me hard might benefit me for some reason, just a hunch. But yea it seems i'm going to live with this thing forever, i'll just have to use pain meds i guess. If you guys have any suggestions i would be open to them. Thank you for listening!
