Do I have PE?

My penis curves a little bit to the left but I have no idea if this is Peyronies Disease.

I never experienced any pain or lesions but I remember there was blood once after sex (no pain, though).

I've consulted urologists several times but for others reasons, Peyronies Disease was never mentioned.

2 questions:

a) Can you see or feel the fibrous plaque in the penis? Should there be a spot or lump? I see nothing of that in my penis.

b) Have you ever heard of the sonic toothbrush theory? Could that be a viable solution?
Psychogenic ED (coital anxiety), 40+yo. Current regimen: udenafil 200mg, oral phentolamine mesylate 40 mg, Seredyn.

Go to an andrologist that specializes in peyronie's, get a color doppler ultrasound. Don't let them use bimix for injection. Doctor should do ultrasound along with hand exam to feel for plaques. Be careful he doesn't try to yank your prick off (tell him to be gentle). And proceed from there.

If you do have peyronie's, read the survival guide here and get on Pentox, arginine and low dose viagra or cialis.

Don't let the doctor shoot down Pentox or other supplements. Don't bully him, because he will shut down as his ego is attacked. But at the same time if he pretends he is God and doesn't listen to you, go elsewhere immediately.

Toothbrush is b.s. Maybe it worked for that guy, but not effective for most. And definitely not effective if disease is well established.

Why do you say no to bimix? Should something else be used to create an erection?

What if the specialist says I dont have peyronies but congenital based on my history and I still want the ultra sound?

What if I actually have peyronies but it isnt detected by the ultra sound - how do you make sure if you have it or not?

I apologize for the number of questions but I am worried

Some other more educated types should take over for me here. But, no to bimix because it causes fibrosis. Although to be fair, causes fibrosis when injected over and over again for ED. Might cause it if used once, but doubtful. They can use something else though. Trimix or some other.

If you have congenital, don't bother with the ultra.

If you don't have a plaque detected by ultrasound but you still have all the symptoms like hourglassing or dents or deformity or ED, then a rose is a rose by another name. Some others can jump in here though. I'm not a doctor, but peyronie's isn't really a "disease." It's a cluster of symptoms that present a certain way. If you have it though most likely there is fibrosis. Either that or it's congenital curve in which case only thing is traction or surgery. And if it works perfectly fine anyway, no need to do anything but take care of it with diet and not doing anything dumb and show it to a cute girl and have her "examine" it.

Sorry, I really can't intelligently answer all those questions except to say you really need the ultrasound because they will also measure inflow/outflow for venous leakage. As for the rest, you need a doctor to examine you and some input from others on here after you've had that exam and had bloodwork for A1C, testosterone, lipid profile, etc.

I don't know any docs in upstate, but in Manhattan the best in world is Dr. Francois Eid.
