X4 labs has a noose style system which means it can only be worn for up to 2 hrs as circulation is cut off in such systems.  Consider devices which have a suction cup for the glans which can be worn many hours at a time.  The more hours, the better. Two such systems are ESL40 and penimaster pro.  There is a new system which early studies show good results with 30-60 minutes a day due to its unique design and level of tension: Restorex.

Why is RestoreX 500$... Any way to get discount or generic version? Looks like a cheap piece of plastic that you could buy from china for 20$

It's a new design that both uses more tension than others and that bends against you're specific curvature.  If price is a matter look at the ESL40 as very inexpensive, I'd get it with the strap and fir $40 can be worn all day long pretty comfortably.

The noose style works for many, you just have to put the work in to familiarise yourself with how to use it properly. Other systems come with other problems.

Suction systems often give the user fluid blisters at tension for instance.

Restorex, I have no experience with but I have to assume squishing the penis between two bars at sufficient pressure to maintain a hold is going to cut off circulation just like a noose. Maybe more.

High tension is a risk/reward thing IMO. Probably works great for those who are not susceptible to Peyronie's in the first place, but we are.

Im not disagreeing w anything you've said.  While suction cups can be worn for much longer than the noose type for most guys, there's no guarantee it will be able to for everyone.  That said, one must take a break after 2 hrs (check directions to be sure as it may be less) for any device using the noose. And, yes restorex can only be worn for short periods of time, but much less time is needed than for any other traction.  However, there are only two studies so far to support this as its new.  In the end, whatever works for someone is the way to go.

All you'd have to do is put stronger springs in a normal noose device and it would be able to deliver the same tension as restorex. So theoretically that'd make it a 30 mins a day device also.

Except it cannot be tailored to bend directly against you're unique curve.
