Hey guys, I am 18 years old and roughly 1 month into this mess now and as soon as I get my anxiety and worry out of my head something else occurs.
My injury occurred after aggressive masturbating 1 month ago, which resulted in constant pain, but I believe small traumas over the years (rough sex and other things) might have had a part of this sh*tty situation too.
I have a few lumps randomly split out on my penis, which are all soft, I also have pain coming back and forth because the areas are very sensitive.
Urologist told me I'm fine and has no signs of peyronies and that my tunicas look almost too good to be true according to the ultra sound but as you all know they often don't see the real problem.
It's been only 1 month and I already have lost a lot of girth, how is that even possible? 1 month!? Curvature has slightly increased as well. Upwards. This along with turtling and hard flaccid from time to time.
I'm not sure what I have but I know peyronies is a ridiculous condition that I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy, it shouldn't exist.
Anyway, last night I woke up at 4 am with sharp pain that waved over my dick, I had a raging boner and I immediately thought I might have broken it... is it possible the pain and the thought are just in my head or should I reach back to my pist off urologist and tell him I might have a fracture?
I don't have any pain or anything now, no bruising. But I'm afraid it might be a minor fracture
I'm very concerned and it never seems to end, I know patience is key but it's not easy when things get worse when you expect the opposite. I've been on L-Arginine, ginseng tea, fish oil and Vitamin E for the past week btw.
Please share your thoughts about my situation, I am very young and I don't have too much knowledge about these things. Thank you

30 degree dorsal curve, immobility and heavy loss of girth.
My body seems to get very inflamed when I masturbate too often or eat unhealthy.
Using antioxidants, Pentox and hirudoid cream, as well as manual traction, heat and Cialis.

Welcome to the forum!

The first thing to do is read this carefully, probably more than once.  https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,3180.0.html

Next, I would not dismiss your urologist's input without good cause.

If you fractured your penis you would likely know the event that did it.  It is usually the result of a rapid severe bending motion caused by a solid thrust into a woman's pelvic bone, thigh or buttocks after your penis slips out of her.  It most often results from the girl on top where she comes down hard with her full weight on a dislodged penis.   Few urologists would miss a fractured penis, especially with an ultrasound.  If you are suggesting you fractured your penis with movement while sleeping, that did not happen!

You say you have lost a lot of girth but give no measurements to confirm that.  As you read the survival guide you see the importance of OBJECTIVE measurements.
