I had a feeling like a "catch" for a number of months now. Not sure how else to describe this. Sort of like a toothpick is stuck in my urethra. Especially if I am leaning forward on the toilet.

I thought possibly I had another plaque inside my penis somewhere. I had a doppler and he talked a bunch of mumbo jumbo but I gather that there is a plaque somewhere ventrally inside the corpora. Not sure but will get him to clarify. He sort of hustled me along.

At any rate, in the last week or so, this plaque has become very palpable and is growing. It causes a feeling like someone is pressing their finger into the bottom of my pecker and makes me feel like I have to urinate. Should I think of this like I think of pain eventually going away? You, know like it usually goes away after acute phase. I am wondering if the feeling of having to urinate will also go away with time or is this an indicator of something worse or something maybe I am not aware of? Wondering if anyone else experiences this. It is pretty distressing. It occassionally goea away a little if I take a Celebrex. Or obviously if I am very occupied with something I can be distracted. But I am very worried I will feel like I have to piss for the rest of my life. I've also developed some torsion when flaccid and it is leaning toward the left when flaccid and I am worried these will become eventualities when erect.

Do flaccid conditions always become erect conditions? I currently don't have hourglass, left bend or torsion when erect, but have all when flaccid.
