I am 14 months in from my initial diagnosis. My doctor who is widely recognized as a Peyronies Disease specialist did not prescribe pentox. Can I start taking it now while I am still in the acute stage?
45 y.o. Single. Onset of symptoms (pain-stinging like a wasp) @ 6/2018. No sudden injury. Curve developed slowly. 40 deg. dorsal. Hourglassing. Torsion to left flaccid. 4 rounds xiaflex. Restorex, DMSO+, heat, arginine, cialis, lipoic acid, vit. K2

Many docs dhttps://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,3180.msg44057.html#msg44057o recommend that, ego since it can also help decrease the pain in the acute phase.  Be sure to read the survival guide:  
PxD 2 yrs 9/16.  Failed all treatment. 9/11/18: excision, grafting & implant Dr Karpman MtnView Ca, AMS CX 18cm + 3-1cm RTEs.
Pump failed.  2/11/20 Dr Karpman installed Titan 22cm +1cm RTE.
