20 Years old, Think I have had peyroines for a while...

Okay I have been super depressed because of this and it has been all I can think about. I have lost motivation in college, and no longer want to go out.
I have spent hours on this forum trying to see if I have peyroines, but I am too worried and want some help from those who know about the preliminary symptoms

I am 20, I masturbated in the prone position from 14-19.
Quit Prone Last Year and have regained sensitivity and can now finish with my hand or by sex.
Due to the nature of my masturbation style, I think there were times where I would masturbate and finish when not full hard, or use prone to get me hard.
I have always had a congenital curve,
I noticed weaker erections when masturbating for a long time, maybe even the whole time after quitting prone I don't remember but,
one morning I woke up and I had this numb feeling in my penis anus and groin. This has largely gone away with stretching, relaxing, healthy diet and time.
The pain during erection (almost like a dull ache at the base) is slightly subsidizing and sensitivity is returning I think mostly from abstaining from masturbating.
Currently I am experiencing hard flacid, and frequent hour glassing when flacid especially during bowel movements.
Stretching and diaphragmatic breathing help with hard flacid and sometimes It hangs very low and is very soft but often the base is filled and the rest is soft.
With a lot of stimulation either via hand, or with porn, or porn like fantasy's,  i can get a full erection and actually get the glands hard, but most of the time it is tough to maintain and it feels floppy as if the structure support is weak.
When semi erect, I notice what seems like the Hinge Effect where the base close to my body is filled and the shaft is hanging down. and it takes a long time for the blood to leave my penis. I also noticed slight some indentation near the base on the left side. The veins are more pronounced and when erect I can notice cord like structures under the skin.
No plaques that I can notice or feel.
When fully erect it is not noticeable but erection feels thinner almost, firm but tighter.
I am able to have sex with sildenafil prescribed by my doctor, but during sex erection goes away while switching positions (I can only really do missionary) and sometimes even when inside her.
Oral gets my erection to return
To finish I need to think of porn induced fantasy's so I definitely think that  is the root cause of my Erectile Dysfunction, because i relied on porn and fetish fantasy's to get over prone masturbation.
After Sex my flacid symptoms are worse
Went to the urologist said nothing was wrong but just felt my flacid penis and saw a picture of my full erection which doesn't look that bad at some angles.
Cialis is too expensive to do daily so I might try 10 mg of sedenafil twice a day or something because I got that through my insurance for very cheap,

I am afraid of doing further damage with a VED, but if I were to, I was wondering if an automatic VED would work as well, because they are pretty cheap on amazon. I can't afford to drop 100-300$ on one.

I am taking COq10 everyday and might try a low carb diet even though I have no family history of diabetes or insulin resistance.
I am in college and smoke weed and drink pretty consistently, is there evidence this will make things worse?
I am healthy and workout a lot.

What steps do you think I should take before my next urologist appointment on January 23rd, (He is more experienced with peyroines)

I'd ask for an ultrasound to rule out peyronies.  If done erect can also diagnose Erectile Dysfunction and possible cause.
PxD 2 yrs 9/16.  Failed all treatment. 9/11/18: excision, grafting & implant Dr Karpman MtnView Ca, AMS CX 18cm + 3-1cm RTEs.
Pump failed.  2/11/20 Dr Karpman installed Titan 22cm +1cm RTE.


Hey, I'm the same age as you and I was also pretty depressed for a while because of peyronie's. I've found that gentle manual stretching, having natural erections and applying heat using hand warmers have helped me feel a little better. Also, try not to dwell on the condition too much and try to focus on other things.
