I felt like i should share this here, even though i know the majority of the users here is North American. This patient tells his history, and sheds a bit of light on the consequences of his radical prostatectomy and his radiation therapy later. He proceed to have an implant 2years later, and he explains the atrophy he had on the penis size, and the implant he had, which is a semi rigid. IMHO, it should be avoided at all costs, and i am trying to raise awareness to that fact here.

He got his implant on Dr. Paulo Egydio, which also does peyronies surgery and had some members from this board go to him. Including a member from Canada, which shared his full story with pictures.
