I am new here hoping for advice on treatment options for Petronius plaque.

I injured myself in December 2024 and developed Peyonies. Initial pain subsided  now only slight pain on erection. Penis has changed shape and is not fully engorged at the tip (when erect). I use vit E cream and capsules daily. Considering Xiaflex.
