Hello all,

Certainly devastated to be injured, but glad we have each other. I'm 22 years old, and I realized I had Peyronie's disease about a month ago. I happened to know exactly how I received my injury, it was due to flaccid penile stretching exercises. Never do those. It also so happens to turn out, that my father had a natural curve his whole life, but I didn't. So there really could be hereditary in this case. My plaque formation is likely to be considered in the mild range. (I have an 8 - 10 degree curve to the left). I've received no pain, although I do have nerve damage and ED. Thus far, I've visited my Primary and a recommended Uro. The Uro rushed me out the door in less than two minutes. He told me to wait 3 months for a doppler scan and see if anything changes on it's own. Until then, I guess I just won't know if I have a veneous leak or the plaque itself inhibits normal erections. (I can still get them, just needs constant stimulation). Since day 4 or so, I've been using Vitamin E and B complex daily. I noticed across the web, a prescription drug named pentox does wonders. I'll be visiting my Primary again tomorrow, hopefully he'll get me on them right away.

EDIT: I also have L-Arginine capsules and DHEA that I could be taking, but I wanted to ask my primary about them first.

Sorry you had to find us here, but you are welcome. Stretching, or jelqing, has caused more than you to have to seek help. That your father had it also makes you susceptible. The E and B won't hurt you, but it also won't help Peyronies Disease. You do need to seek out Pentox to help with blood flow to the penis. Additionally, in your case, a VED. I suggest you spend a great deal of time studying. You will find a wealth of info on this forum that is NOT slanted toward selling you anything. All advice is from fellow sufferers. You might also consider seeking out a new Uro, as there are things you can do early on. Good luck.

I think you need to relax and don't rush into conclusions. Try not to think about your penis for a while. I don't think that only stretching could cause you peyronie's. And Norm, he said his father has a natural curve. It's easy to tell someone he has peyronie's without even reading posts properly. I wouldn't recommend a VED, if your penis was injured just by stretching. Stretching could injure your pelvic muscles which can cause penis issues too. I wouldn't experiment until the scan results.

Damian, I happen to read quite well, thank you. I saw that his father's curve was natural. I did not mis-read anything. Hence, the genetic predisposition is there. And if you think stretching can't cause Peyronies Disease, I think you are dead wrong. And I do not see where I told him he had Peyronies Disease. Perhaps you did not read my post properly.

Well, if it helps anyone narrow down a plan for me, the Uro did in fact discover a small plaque in my flaccid state. He seemed to know very well, considering it took him only 8 seconds and pointed to the exact spot my erect penis curves.

I just got back from my primary today and he prescribed me enough Pentox for 3 months. He also recommended I try 5mg cialis once daily and possibly L arginine. I'm going out quite a lot for work/social events throughout the weeks to come, will cialis give me uncomfortable/spontaneous erections in public?

EDIT: Due to the nature of my injury, I'm apprehensive about trying a VED/Traction device. Does anyone think I can make a full recovery in terms of curvature with just the above drugs?

Try to concentrate more while reading other people posts. :)
English is also not my mother language so I try to concetrate/understand when I am reading.
This is also the reason that sometime I am miss understood as I am expressing myself wrong.

Voltage,
The drugs you have been prescribed are definitely beneficial for Peyronies Disease. However, they do not have any substantial effect on curvature. They only affect blood flow. Blood flow, alone, is not known to cure the curve. For curve, you must use VED, traction, surgery or spontaneously correct. Whether or not to use the mechanical devices depends on your current condition. If you are tender or sore, I would wait a while until that has subsided. However, used as directed and used cautiously, it will not hurt you. It is simply a mechanical means of achieving an erection in the absence of arousal.  Over doing is bad no matter your condition.

I agree with Norm. Few people on the forum have seen improvement from only one therapeutic approach. It seems to work best when you try to attack your Peyronies from multiple directions.

In that case, I think I would like to try the traction device, as that has other benefits. Lol

What kind of routine should I follow and should I get andropenis gold?

Thanks for the help Everyone, it's much appreciated.

So I've been on Pentox for about 4 days now, taking 1 dose of 400mg per day. I plan to take 2 doses by next week. Since then, I've been noticing slight pain on the left side of my shaft, right next to my pubic bone. (So the pain is deep underneath my fat pad). I only have about .75 inches of fat pad, so it isn't naturally where the base should be. Could this be a plaque my Uro didn't discover and the pentox is dissolving it? My primary said, meet back with him in two months, so maybe I should seek out another Uro right away.

In the mean time, I just ordered AndroPeyronie and I'm very excited to start the process.
