Petit E4 drug studies. Fibrosis diseases have also achieved success and successfully stopped and reversed fibrosis in many parts of the body. I sent an e-mail to the researcher doctor, he gave me a promising response. https://web.musc.edu/about/news-center/2022/01/10/antifibrotic-pathway

Thanks for sharing, whenever I read these things my tears fall, it's torture to live with this.
32 years,injured at 25.
Slight curve, narrowing and retraction in flaccid and semi-erect.
Loss of sensitivity due to peyronie and circumcision  moderate erectile dysfunction, pain.
I improved the pelvic floor with kinesiology.

Would you mind sharing it?

60 years old. Peyronie disease since 2020. Upward curve 30 degrees. Thick calcified plaque, dorsal, just beneath glans. 2cm wide, 1cm long. No ED. Except soft glans.

I don't understand why this isn't being talked about more? I'm sure it's possible to get it. The only question is the price, but if enough of us are interested, the price can be negotiated.
Trauma 2022 August, first deformation seen 2022 November. Very mild curve to the right. Indentation on the right side below the glans. Now hourglass just below the glans. Looking for treatment options.

Anything new regarding this?
Peyronie since 2020. Inflammation started probably after microtrauma. Almost no curvature. Still a weak spot with  scarring. At this point biggest issue is ED and once in a while recurring inflammation.

I'm no doctor, but there are local (US) compounding pharmacies that could produce E4 without having to go through India or China.  Unfortunately my understanding is that Peptides are very dose dependent; too much can be worse than nothing.  Side effects, who knows.  I am taking this article to a physician who specializes in regenerative medicine later this month to discuss options if any.
72, Peyronies Disease for 20 yrs, in a committed relationship.   Interest in emerging treatments such as stem cells and peptides; renewed interest in implants.

I follow what's being published about this treatment in general. I've seen videos of the doctor on YouTube broadcasts. We shouldn't place too much hope on it; it hasn't even entered clinical trials yet, which take at least 8 years. The doctor said it might be available in ten years from now. Who knows, it could be more or less. But it's certain that generations 50 years from now won't suffer from this disease as we do now

Someone on Reddit contacted the company and it seems they have sadly focused on other things :(

''I finally got a response from iBio Inc. It is worse than I thought, some new management took over the company 1-2 years ago and simply reoriented the company to pursue cardiometabolic drugs instead. There was no reason to drop the development of E4 other than monetary interests, going into more profitable markets instead''

it's posted on multiple reddit posts of fibrotic conditionshttps://www.reddit.com/r/scleroderma/comments/1mfnum5/what_happened_to_endostatin_peptides_like_e4_to/

Peptide sciences is said to be reputable and IIRC offered custom peptide synthesis... I can't seem to find the custom peptide synthesis page anymore though, and I have no idea how pricey it might be to request a custom peptide since I have never even dared asking them for a quote for E4.

But they have been offering 6mg of B7-33 for several years now. Current price is 90 USD.

I personally have never dared to purchase B7-33 because I am scared of injecting my willy.

They describe B7-33 the following way:

«B7-33 exibits potent anti-fibrotic effects. It is under active research and investigation as a means of reducing fibrosis in acute and chronic diseases like heart failure, lung inflammation, kidney and more.

In animal studies, B7-33 has reduced fibrosis by roughly 50%, leading to prolonged survival following injury and offering the first new means of treating heart failure in 20 years.

It has been shown to reduce excessive scar formation following cardiac injury. It has also shown promise in the treatment of certain vascular disorders as well as preeclampsia of pregnancy.»

correction: 70 USD.

I tried asking AI which one is more powerful between B7-33 and E4 and I didn't get a conclusive answer:

«Based on current scientific literature, it is not possible to state which peptide is "more powerful" because they have not been tested against each other in a head-to-head study."Power" or potency in this context is not a single measure. It depends entirely on the specific type of fibrosis (e.g., heart, lung, skin), the animal model, and the dosage used. Both B7-33 and E4 are considered highly potent, but they work in completely different ways. Here is a breakdown of what is known about the potency of each:B7-33 (Relaxin-based peptide)How its power is measured: Its potency is typically compared to the natural hormone, H2 Relaxin.1What studies show: In the cells responsible for fibrosis (native fibroblasts), B7-33 is considered equipotent to the full H2 Relaxin hormone at triggering the anti-fibrotic pathway (pERK).2Context of power: It has shown significant anti-fibrotic effects, particularly in models of cardiac fibrosis (heart scarring).3 One animal study noted it reduced heart tissue fibrosis by approximately 50% after a myocardial infarction.4 Its "power" comes from its selective nature—it provides the anti-fibrotic benefits of relaxin without activating other pathways that could cause side effects.5E4 (Endostatin-based peptide)How its power is measured: Its potency is measured by its ability to reverse existing, established fibrosis.6What studies show: E4 has demonstrated "remarkable" anti-fibrotic effects in preclinical models, particularly for dermal (skin) and pulmonary (lung) fibrosis.Context of power: Its unique strength is its reported ability to reverse even late-stage fibrosis.7 In one mouse study, it was able to reverse the scarring in "end-stage fibrotic lungs," which represents a very high bar for an anti-fibrotic agent.Summary: Why can't they be compared?Different Mechanisms: B7-33 works by activating the RXFP1 receptor, while E4 works by activating the urokinase pathway.8 This is like comparing two different tools (a hammer and a wrench) that both achieve a similar goal (reducing fibrosis).Different Research Focus: B7-33 is heavily researched for cardioprotection, while E4 has gained attention for its dramatic effects on lung and skin fibrosis. No Direct Comparison: No scientific paper has published a direct, quantitative comparison (like an $IC_{50}$ value) of B7-33 and E4 in the same experiment. Conclusion: Both are powerful anti-fibrotic peptides. B7-33's power is in its selective mimicry of relaxin for heart-related fibrosis, while E4's power is in its ability to reverse severe, established fibrosis in tissues like the lungs and skin»

another correction: I contacted peptide sciences and they do not offer custom synthesis. So, only B7-33 can currently be sourced from them.
