Hi all,

I am a second year medical student. On top of trying to finish my term, I have recently been diagnosed with peyroines and it's been a bit stressful navigating it.

I have done my best to purchase some supplements. I have watched many of Neoman's YouTube videos and I am trying to go Keto, and I purchased a traction device which should be coming in the mail any day now.

My urologist originally said "wait and see", however I am hopefully meeting up with a new urologist for a second opinion after my term (Dec. 10th 2020).

If anyone has any advice for the early stages, please share!

I am trying to do manual traction until my traction device gets here. I feel a little skeptical as it seems like the penis needs to heal, but instead we are deciding to put it under tension. Any advice, again, is appreciated.

Thanks and happy to be here!

Darius

Tortão Pra Direita

The early stage is when there's inflammation in your tunica.
I'd suggest to you a high-quality curcumin. It's very good for general inflammation and oxidation, so it would be a good addition to your supplement stack. Brands that I like: Nootropics Depot, Dr. Best, Now, Swanson...

Tadalafil would be a good addition too, since it encourages blood flow to your penis.

Do some manual stretching, but go easy in the beginning.

Peyronies since Sep 2019.
Penis developed curvature, lots of plaque, loss of size and axial rigidity. Severe peyronie.

I agree with the traction device bug would also consider adding pentox and low dose nightly generic cialis or viagra all to remodel the plaque to healthy tissue.  Be sure to read the survival guide before you see the new specialist.

Thank you both very much for the advice. I will take the curcumin. I will keep doing the light manual traction until the device comes, and I will read that survival guide before meeting with the next urologist.

As far as Pentox goes, the study I read only seemed to report ~30% success rate, has anyone on here had success with it? Also, are there studies saying the PDE5 inhibitors work to improve Peyroines as well, because I believe they can be expensive. Is it just the fact that they support nitric oxide production and blood flow to the penis?

Thanks guys!

Some have success w pentox, it can also help diminish pain if you have it in the acute phase.  Generic cialis and viagra is now very inexpensive in US- just google best prices in your are on goodrx.com.  The PAV cocktail has shown helpful for quite awhile and new research coming out on low dose daily Pde5i's.  Not sure of the mechanism why it works,

I suggest you take girth and length measurements of your penis. You'll want to track any changes.

If early, i highly suggest a traction device like the Penimaster Pro. 6hrs+ a day, i recommend using the rods and only supplement with the belt as needed.

I also highly suggest using a vacuum device for 15min a day, no more than 5hg.

The idea is to make sure your penis does not heal in a contracted state.

What you basically have is an injury to your penis, a cut for lack of a better word.

Scar tissue will start to form and that scar tissue does not expand like normal erectile tissue so you have to make sure the scar tissue forms in an expanded state.

Highly recommend you take daily Cialis 5mg and Pentox. Add vitamin-e and coq10 just to be safe. Also add 3kmg l-citruline to help erections. This is *even* if you don't have ED. The point is to flush the injury with blood and keep the penis engorged as long as possible.

Once you have all that settled i suggest you look at doing DMSO. Look at this thread for more info: https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,12587.0.html

Soak in DMSO, do traction, use a VED, take Cialis+Pentox and you *should* be good.

Best.
Injury in April 2020. Onset of ED.
Started RestoreX and VED 2 months after injury.
Taking 10mg daily cialis, pentox, coq10, vit-e.
Traction (+1 inch)/VED/PGE-1/DMSO+X

Luis, thank you for all the additional information! I will take a better look into it!

I had a couple of urologists suggest not to do anything in the first year during what they call the active phase, but the guy I see now thinks that is not the way to go.  He starts therapy with his patients almost immediately to prevent worsening of the symptoms.  Find a good urologist that you like... for me that was the hardest part of this whole thing.

Good luck!  I would look into Restorex or a very good traction device to start off.
