Hello to everyone,
glad I found this forum. I just turned 48 this year. About 2-3 month ago I found something wrong with my penis, some kind of induration on the top. And I also noticed a curvature upwards. I never had something like this before. After I did some research I found out about Peyronies Disease and it took me by surprise. I'm still shocked.

I never felt any pain or other symptoms. It just appeared over night I guess. The curvature is now approximately 30 degrees.
So I went to an urologist at an University Hospital near by. They are specialized in Xiaflex / Xiapex treatment. But unfortunately Xiaflex is no longer distributed in Europe. The only advice I took was to wait until 6 month gone by and then visit the urologist again to see if the curvature has changed. In the meantime I should buy a VED and use it.

Now I have read many informations on this forum which is very helpfull for me. If I'm correct the 3 cylinder VED are the way to go. Due to this forum I found this VED called SOMAcorrect. I'm not sure if this is the right choice but I'll open up another thread about this topic on the right board. In the meantime any help is much appreciated. Thank your very much.

steff,
There are several treatment options outlined on the forum. VED being one of those that you have already mentioned. There are many here who are happy to answer questions.

BTW Steff,

Your written English is as good as a native English speaker.  I would never even suspect you were not a native English speaker.

Staff, I'd consider adding traction or VED and low dose nightly generic cialis (2.5-5mg) all to remodel plaque to healthy tissue.

Germany might be one of the worst western countries to live 8n when it comes to andrological issues. Not a single reputable expert in this area. And for decent doctors you'll wait for more than half a year. It's shocking how under researched this horrible condition is. They'll say just get a a therapist but in Germany you also can't do that so easily. What doctor have you been with Dr porst? If so I'm surprised that he said wait 6 months as he's private and usually does therapy very quickly. I'd watch YouTube videos of conferences and recommendations by actual experts like Dr Landon trost, this appears to be way above the pay grade of the average urologist. Looking at studies, watchful waiting should be considered malpractice at this point
