Hi. I'm 61 years old, still very active sexually. I was having trouble ejaculating about 6 months ago, resulting in me going vigorously for a long time. After one such time I noticed a sudden curve and could feel a hard lump on my shaft. I've been to a homeopath who has been treating the condition but sadly without much success. I have just found this forum and am wondering what else I should try. I'm still able to have intercourse successfully so it's primarily a psychological factor for me I guess, but I do desperately want to cure this.

Have you been to a urologist that did an ultrasound? And what is the degree of your curvature? Is the curve dorsal or ventral?

I haven't been to a urologist. Curvature is around 15 degrees I think and is dorsal.

Be sure to read the survival guide and bring your questions back.  https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,3180.msg44057.html#msg44057
I am going through it, thanks very much. So far a ton on information that I previously had no idea about! 😊

Sounds similar to how mine started. Painful ejaculations. I have about a 15 degree dorsal and slight left curve.
If you don't have ED then probably pentoxifylline is the only thing you need. Vitamin-E should also be pretty safe also.

An ultra sound should be able to tell you if there's fibrosis, specially after a few months. Otherwise it honestly doesn't sound like a huge deal, doing too much might make things worse.

If you don't have any pain might want to try VED or traction. But honestly if it's mental and not getting worse and is stable you're probably good.
Sometimes overdoing things can make things worse.
Injury in April 2020. Onset of ED.
Started RestoreX and VED 2 months after injury.
Taking 10mg daily cialis, pentox, coq10, vit-e.
Traction (+1 inch)/VED/PGE-1/DMSO+X

With early Peyronie's I would consider pentox + low dose nightly generic cialis (2.5-5mg) + traction or VED all to stop progression and remodel plaque to healthy tissue.
