I'm Vaughan, writing from Italy.
In Peyronie since 2008_a first episode with night pain (one months or so) and little curve upward.
Urologist gave me Potaba and Vitamin E.
Almost completely improved in few years.
Now, 12 years after, one more night pain period and a lateral indentation and a curve (20° probably) at one centimeter from the base.
In general, no erection problems, but the curve shortened the length. And the dent decreased the girth.

Some of you experienced the same time gap between the onset and its progression?

At first I found the Neo Youtube channel (very interesting, mate!) and then this  forum.

I read a lot of news about Xiaflex (Xiapex here), but the cost in Italy is very expensive (after the C19 lockdown prohibitive, 'cause we are suddenly poorer than ever).
I manually stretch daily (thank you Neo!) and I noticed some improvement.

I don't know if it happens to all the guys, but some days are better than others.
For example, some morning woods are almost perfect, others in typical Peyronies Disease style.

What else, I'm 50 years old. In good shape. Never smoked, no drugs or heavy alchol.

So, how we say here, ciao e grazie (hello and thanks).

Vaughan

It's certainly possible. Is it the same place as in 2008?
It could be some faulty tissue remained in there and the tissue around it reacted now for some reason(higher inflammatory circumstances.. or the faulty tissue rubbed against healthy tissue that then reacted inflammatory)

Do your best to be healthy to have healthy blood and to have good blood flow down there without aggravating the tissue.(not blunt force from too hard sex or masturbation)

Thank you, melting.
Same plaque site, different place of bend.

Sounds like you may have reinjured your penis.  Peyronies can recur.  Have you read the survival guide here yet?  https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,3180.msg44057.html#msg44057
I'd recommend multiple treatment strategies if you just had a 20 degree bend develop.  Perhaps Pentox (if available), nightly generic PDE5i (low dose: Cialis 2.5 - 5mg or Viagra 50mg) and daily traction (device recommended for longer wear time which = more improvement) and/or daily VED.
PxD 2 yrs 9/16.  Failed all treatment. 9/11/18: excision, grafting & implant Dr Karpman MtnView Ca, AMS CX 18cm + 3-1cm RTEs.
Pump failed.  2/11/20 Dr Karpman installed Titan 22cm +1cm RTE.
