Newbie and look for advice

Hi all

I have Peyronie's disease for just under 2 years now with a 30/45 bend and loss of length i have lived with it but now it's becoming frustrating and need to do something about it,  
I have inquired about surgery but with a price tag of £10,000 and what they do it it doesn't look to nice.
Could any one give some advice on what I could buy or try at home first ? And has any tried  injection of an enzyme called collagenase clostridium histolyticum? And know what this cost please?

Any help would be a massively help..
