How to minimize/eliminate inflammation

I've really had problems with pain and inflammation caused by sex and masturbation. Is there anything I can do to stop it short of having no sex life and not masturbating?

Dared, just wondering how things are going for you now. I also had a long history of pain and bending after sex. It seems to have ended mostly now and I'm doing well.
