Where can I buy Pentox?

Goliath, hear me - if you've never been officially diagnosed with Peyronie's, your first order of business is to get diagnosed by a urologist.  He may or may not be willing to prescribe Pentox, at which point we'll be glad to share alternative sources for getting it, but until you have a diagnosis from a doctor, it would be inappropriate for anyone here to help you get on a medicine that affects your blood and body (especially at your young age).  

You need to stop panicking, and simply go to a doctor. You may have simple congenital curvature and realize this whole Peyronie's thing was a case of mistaken self-diagnosis.  Believe me, it happens.

No one here sells anything.....period. You will not make any commercial transactions here. To buy Pentox online without a prescription, you will have to get it from one of those shyster pharmacies overseas. Good luck with that. Now, if you will go to a doctor and he agrees that you need it, then you can get it at any pharmacy.
