Stress on opposite side of injection

Hello,

Wondering if anyone has had a rapidly successful treatment that actually caused inflammation or pain on the opposite side during stretching or erections. 3 days after my second xiaflex cycle it looked like it was completely straight during a nocturnal erection but I noticed some pain on the opposite side. A few hours later I noticed the same with Restorex.

AI came to the conclusion that this would make sense if treatment rapidly improved, since that tissue on the opposite side would probably not be used to having the mechanics it now does in the matter of like 72 hours.

Just wanted some insight so I don't ask my doctor a billion questions over something that is probably normal. Xiaflex has put a pretty massive toll on me but I'm hoping this other pain is not a new plaque and instead actually good or expected.

Any insight helps from guys who have gone through this treatment.
