4 months in and no significant changes yet. Downward curve of about 15 degrees and a leftward curve of 5 degrees.

Nothing has improved really but nothing has got worse either.

Will be starting Cialis today to see if that has any impact.

Start: 09/2025
15 degrees down 5 degrees left
Acute phase with inflammation and no hard tissue.
Current regimen:
pentoxiffiline, cq10 11/2025
h100 cream, restorex 12/2025 (paused restorex 02/2026)
5mg Cialis daily 02/2026

Ranking treatments thus far:

Pentox/cbq10 - 7 out of 10. No plaque yet

H100 gel applied while modeling 6 out of 10. I think it helps but certainly didn't cure anything

Cialis (only been on 5 days) 10 out of 10. By far this has had the greatest impact on positive changes and it's only been 5 days.

Restorex - 4 out of 10. It's too difficult to use - wasn't sure if it's making anything better or worse. Takes too much time. I think it could be solid for men that have more advanced/severe issues. I might end up using it again later on but for now have basically stopped trying it. Will continue taking Cialis and might try it again later if I'm still seeing curvature.

Nothing you have just listed will improve your curve unfortunatley. Restorex for a solid year might give you a slim chance of improvement but even then, realistically, you will need to combine it with Xiaflex to see any meaningful results.

I believe that. At least the curve hasn't really got any worse so far. I will continue doing the treatments I have and once it's stabilized more then I will see if restorex and other options will benefit. I might start restorex again in a month.
