Age at onset of Peyronies Disease - 22 few days from turning 23 so I usually just consider it being 23

Very First Symptoms - So it all started with me developing a serious UTI. I was doing an internship at the time, was masturbating almost everyday sometimes multiple times, I am still very young and had and still have a girlfriend but different one. So after getting a serious UTI I had a complete loss of erections, which made me very worried but then all the doctors told me to wait it out because of the infection and anti-biotics. After some time however, my UTI went away but I started having severe pain in my lower abdomen, balls and sometimes it would shoot down to my leg and foot. After multiple scans and blood works I discovered that my PSA was extremely tight around 10. But after some time that too went away and I had started regaining my erections albeit with the deadly bend. Initially erections were so hard to get that I never noticed any pain just thought of it as being really hard since I started taking cialis and all sorts of other vitamins and supplements. The pain even when I loom back was never consistent so never knew what to think about it.

My Peyronies Disease progression, Treatments (in order), Doctors, Psychological Stages, observable changes - After noticing the curvature I showed it to my girl at the time and she said it looked the same to her and I mainly thought that's it's all in my head and that's what doctors keep telling me till this day. I did some scans which showed nothing at all but after a lot of research I continued to think that I have the condition as Neo also mentions in one of YouTube videos that any curve that you develop which was not previously there you are most likely a Peyronies Disease case. So on that I continued to take cialis and erections returned. I lost my virginity, though I could only do it laying in one position and I do think I've lost some sensation down there. My curvature seemed to be stable for very long up until now (Nov 2025). I had a scan done during the early stages but being in Pakistan really makes me question the technicians here and even most of the doctor specially when it comes to a young guy with sexual issues. They found nothing at the time after multiple flaccid ultrasounds and even an MRI.

A few months back I decided to get everything tested again since I believe I am loosing size and girth. Also there is a complete loss of morning erections I never wake up with one since the last two months now. Upon that decision I found a very knowledgeable radiologist who does 100s ultrasounds on a daily basis and specialises in the Doppler ultrasound too. He gave me Caverjet not the full dose tho, just 30%. And that gave me an erection score of 2 as it says on the report. The PSV values were incredible and the impression was reported as .9 mm skin thickening at the dorsal aspect posterior to the glans. I discussed with two or three uros and all said it's nothing all I need to do is to work out regularly, fix sleep and all ghat stuff and if the 20-30 degree curvature really bothers me I can get a surgery for it but upon palpating only one said that yes there is thickening but did not officially diagnose me with Peyronie's Disease. I also got an MRI done to rule it out and again nothing showed up however my symptoms continue to worsen. Now there is pain sometimes when erect whereas for over a year I had no pain. I do think that curvature is also increasing slowly. I got another ultrasound done but flaccid this time (cuz a lot of people from Reddit told me you don't need to be erect to detect plaque and fibrosis) and again the impression was "skin thickness at the dorsal aspect posterior the gland measures 4.0 mm, which is increased compacted to the proximal aspect (2.9 mm)
No focal hyperechoic plaques or acoustic shadowing seen
No discrete mass or focal lesion is noted

Will try to attach my reports but trying to figure out how to. Willing to share a year long of picture progressing too for honest opinion.



Where I am today, future plans - Today, I wrote this in order to seek help from people who are much more knowledgeable and experienced than me and all the crap doctor in my country. I don't understand what is wrong and what I need to do. I did order a RestoreX but it will come next month and I'm scared to even start that cuz sometimes after manual stretching I seem to get more buckling. I have so started considering an implant as that surgery seems to be the one with the most amount of positive and happy outcomes. Better than even injections I would say. The main thought process behind that opinion is the fact that waiting and trying other treatments might still result in more size and girth loss and even more curvature. Even if I do manage to reduce my curve gaining size is very difficult even with an implant so why not lock what I have?

Since I'm young, scared and honestly desperate for some real help (cuz the professionals here absolutely useless) I am open to any sort of criticism you may have for me, I just need the truth at this point.

Here are some pictures. I tried my best to take them when I think I am fully hard or at least close to being fully hard. Maybe rotating your screen or head to look at them will help better analyse the curvature since it's upwards.

Im very fearful of it worsening and the first picture is the latest one. 17 November. I feel like the curve is increasing. I feel through the collection where I have labelled with dates you can notice a size difference too. Maybe I am wrong and thinking too much. I'll be adding my reports too soon.

Based on the photos and the thickening identified, yeah, you probably have peyronies. However, I dont think there has been much of a change and it is far from the worst case I have seen. I would be very careful during sex though. One wrong move and you could easily injure yourself.

Given your curve starts towards the top end of the shaft, you might see better results than most with Restorex.

From the photo it doesn't appear that bad to me. Yes Restorex can help but you must be careful and start slow. Remember that this is a marathon and not a sprint.

Based on the photos and the thickening identified, yeah, you probably have peyronies. However, I dont think there has been much of a change and it is far from the worst case I have seen. I would be very careful during sex though. One wrong move and you could easily injure yourself.

Given your curve starts towards the top end of the shaft, you might see better results than most with Restorex.

Also I have only had sex like 5-6 times in my life. I do have a girlfriend who's understanding about the whole issue. We could only do it when she's on top cuz that was the only position I could maintain a good erection in. So what I want to ask is, if somehow my ED gets better is that position safe for a person like me with an upward curve

Also since my ED is getting worse what should I do? My PSV values while being on cialis seem pretty good.

In the last ultrasound (flaccid) the Cavernosal Artery Peak Systolic Velocity was
15.6 (right) and 14.5 (left) while the diameter measured at 0.5mm. Is everything good with that?

I'm not doctor so cannot speak to the ED side of things but out of all the sex positions, Girl On Top and Cowgirl are basically the most high risk positions. If She slips out and sits on your penis by mistake (which is very common) you will risk basically snapping your dick in half (Otherwise known as a penile fracture).

Missionary, as boring as it might sound, is far safer, as you have complete control.

I don't know if I'll be able to do it in missionary as much as I would love to take control cuz of my erectile function

I appreciate the concern but its best if you talk to a trained urologist when it comes to surgical options. In my opinion though, an implant would be overkill for the bend you have.

A conservative approach with a traction device at least makes sense as a first port of call but again, run it past a trained a urologist.

Your bend still only looks like 30 degrees. If it's been like that since June of this year, It probably wont progress any further, unless you injure it during sex.

I think at this point you should wait off on the implant. Try the Restorex and give it some time.
