Hi guys,

Has anyone heard of surgery being done without curvature? I have scar tissue on my penis (ventral side) that I think is the cause of all my problems. I already have a penile implant but the scar tissue stops my cs and glans to stay flat, I guess if this scar tissue was somehow released then it could solve my problem.

From what I understand, penile implants do not engorge your glans. So any surgery to take out the scar tissue would not help because regardless the penile implant does not engorge the glans like a normal penis would.

Saw Urologist at USC who handles Peyronies alot and he does not believe I have it. Symptoms: soreness in flaccid state, glands do not engorge, 2 very small. indents, slight girth loss( last 2 might be mental),Erectile Dysfunction for 2.5 years

No, that's the issue. The issue is with the corpus spongiosum, where there is scar tissue.

I just wondered if removing or releasing the scar tissue might somehow help or solve these issues.

I have a penile implant with a soft head and very little sensation.
