Can you advise me of good implant surgeons who care about maintaining size?

Do you know which are the best implant surgeons who have very positive reviews also in terms of implant sizing? I am evaluating the dr. Eid in case you have to resort to the penile implant, because I know that he is very good at sizing the implant. I'm very scared that I can lose several inches in lenght. But I'm in Italy, and if you know some very good surgeons in Italy or EU where you don't risk losing too many cm in length, it would be fantastic. In case I don't find anything better I think I will fly to New York from Eid, because so far it is the only one that satisfies me 100% in terms of sizing.

There is no question who the best known, top, high-volume surgeons are.

Dr. Eid has the lowest infection rate in the industry due to a no-touch technique he developed.  That technique is copied in various degrees by some other surgeons.
Dr. Eid also has his own operating room team who accompanies him on every surgery.  He does not use pool surgical assistants or technicians furnished by the hospital.  They are a team.
Dr, Finally Dr,. Eid gives you his personal cell phone if you need him after hours, weekends, and holidays.  It is not just in case your dick falls off.  If you are bothered by anything, he will talk to you.  He loves his work and cares about men.  He feels like a friend the moment you meet him, and you never get turned over to a PA.  You see him on every visit.
His office staff and assistants are very helpful over the phone.

He will also do a teleconference for the first visit if you prefer.  That way, you usually only require one travel visit before surgery.

If you read the journals, you will see that half of the men with implants used Dr. Eid. That includes men who came from other countries and paid out of pocket.

There are other excellent surgeons.  There are also mediocre surgeons who have excellent results with some patients, but that was not what you asked.

I would second Dr. Eid if length and infection are your primary concerns (which they should be IMO.)
I also think he has the most aggressive post-surgery cycling schedule, 3 days after surgery you begin to cycle.
I believe that this is critical to maintaining size.

While there are other techniques such as grafting, slide technique, extra tunical grafting, etc they increase the chance of infection and morbidity. I'd much rather do extensive traction accept a minor girth loss and go with the safest surgery with Eid.
Injury in April 2020. Onset of ED.
Started RestoreX and VED 2 months after injury.
Taking 10mg daily cialis, pentox, coq10, vit-e.
Traction (+1 inch)/VED/PGE-1/DMSO+X

@Luis ; Do you have any idea about what percentage of people get glan necrosis because of sliding technique or TEP? What exactly  causes necrosis?
29 year old. I was taking 400 Mg spironolactone to treat hair loss. Xanax withdrawal in combination with spironolactone shrunk my penis from 6" to 4".
I am seeking information about the sliding technique.

I have no idea on the percentage.  All I know is it looks like one brutal surgery.  If I were going to consider it I would only see the world's greatest surgeon with that technique (whoever that might be).  I know of no one who has had that procedure.

Necrosis is defined as the death of tissue.  If it is associated with surgery if would have to be related to a loss of blood supply caused by the surgery or subsequent infection.

Thanks to all guys for the answers and advice! I think if the hyaluronic acid injections don't work and I don't get results from traction, I will consider an implant with dr. Eid.
I wanted to ask you, since I am very young (26 years old), if I have to have many revisions in my life, it is very easy that sooner or later I will have an infection, or the risk with Eid, or any other great surgeon, is relatively low ? I am terrified of having an infection and I would not like that at 50 or 60 I can no longer have sex because I have a necrosis of the penis ..

Top implant surgeons don't have cases of necrosis from implants.  Any top surgeon,  even with multiple revisions is going to have an infection rate below 2% or 3%.  Even with that, it does not mean you cannot recover and get another implant but it requires 2 surgeries (one for removal and another for the new implant) along with some waiting time.

Thanks a lot Hawk! You really reassured me! I am so afraid of getting an implant for my young age, but this makes me very happy to hear it!

WOW HAWK your message is a fantastic utility, did you make the same list of questions for plication surgery?

Your message is really useful for the guys who need an implant
I had a Nesbit or Yachia plication modified for 70 degree downward curvature

Residual curvature of 40 degrees

Hawk

I did not because I do not have any personal experience with other surgeries or have extensive research into those procedures.
