IMO Titan vs AMS depends on the severity of your Peyronie's and your desire for girth. Also on the size of your penis.

I think for an 'average' penis with moderate Peyronie's the AMS LGX is a good choice. This is because it expands in length, so one can gain length by using a VED regimen. The AMS only goes up to a certain length AFAIK.

I've heard of a guy that had AMS, then used VED and right before the revision did some weight hanging and gained 4cm length. They got the Titan for the revision and got the best of both worlds. That could be a good path, but it depends.
