Hello good people, I think I have Peyronie's.

It started out 5 weeks ago when I woke up with my erection pointing towards my head instead of towards the ceiling, I am 20 years old and I waited around 2 weeks , it persisted and I had lost libido and I think I have Erectile Dysfunction (might be psychological) , now when I went to the Dr. as soon as I said my penis points towards my face when im asleep he told me I have peyronie and then he examined my flaccid shaft and said that its a mild thing, now I have a couple of questions, my penis when it becomes erect is straight and while filling it remains straight, when I stand up it points perpendicular out of my body , it all happens when I am lying down on my back , my penis points to my face and lies slightly above my stomach but the shaft is still straight in this case. So is this a good sign that maybe its mild or will it get worse and worse?

I also don't feel any lumps anywhere and I don't recall any trauma, maybe masturbation but nothing too violent

This sounds like a stronger erection vs a curve due to Peyronie's.

This does not sound like Peyronie's. Is there a curve or is it straight. Sounds perfectly normal to me IMO.
Injury in April 2020. Onset of ED.
Started RestoreX and VED 2 months after injury.
Taking 10mg daily cialis, pentox, coq10, vit-e.
Traction (+1 inch)/VED/PGE-1/DMSO+X

That is what is confusing me the shaft is straight in all cases when I lie on my back it points towards my head. But the doctor diagnosed me as peyronie after examining my flaccid penis only and he kept pulling it. Maybe the scar is at the base of the penis making it point differently when lying down but I can't finad a similar case to mine in the forum so I'm fearing false diagnosis

All my life Pre- Peyronies my erection laid against my stomach if I was on my back.  It had just a very small, natural upward curve.  None of that is uncommon.

The question is not the angle of a relatively straight erection.  The question is the shaft bent, dented, or curved in a way it never was.  Other questions have you lost length or girth or are you experiencing pain in your penis.  If the answer to all of those questions is no, then you almost certainly do NOT have Peyronies Disease.

A 20-year-old can have Peyronies Disease but it is RARE.  At that age, it is almost always triggered by a significant injury.

This is what I would do if I was in your situation or giving my best advice to a family member your age.

I would take a few objective measurements and write them down.  Details will be in a link that I give you.  Do not try to remember them.  Once a month retake the measurement to make sure you are not losing size.  While erection strength can vary.  Bone-pressed stretched flaccid length will not.

You can take an anti-inflammatory, don't smoke, get good rest and do NOT masturbate roughly or with a semi-erection or have intercourse with a semi-erection.  My 'GUESS" is you have nothing to worry about unless you notice changes.  Read this link but mostly the part about measuring since I doubt the rest applies.  The supplements won't hurt you if you want to try them. https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,3180.0.html

Thank you so much for the advice , the Dr. gave me a couple of oral meds, vitamin E, arginine and cartinine and other anti oxidants, I think after a month of these meds I'll try to go to another doctor and get an ultrasound done for better diagnosis as I feel the diagnosis was rather quick, also you mentioned to rest, I go on an hour jog or so  every other day so should I stop it ?

No, don't stop any normal healthy activity.

Good food, good rest, reduce stress, reasonable exercise., no smoking, no rough treatment of your penis.  Erections however are good for blood supply and oxygen.
