I am happy to have found a place where, hopefully, understand what I a going through (since no one seems to), I came down with peyronies about 2 years ago and it's a great source of embarrassment for me, I'm 54 and had a very active sex life and was above average in size, now I am completely embarrassed by my penis as it is about 2.5 inches shorter and points toward the ground now, it was one of the few places in my life where I didn't lack confidence, now I won't even attempt to get into any kind of physical relationship and it's extremely depressing to even think about, I went to a urologist, he told me to take vitamin E and I am afraid to get a needles stuck in my penis, but I'm afraid that is gonna be the only option, I dunno what else to say as I generally don't talk about stuff like this, I'm kind of a private guy when it comes to this stuff and I just now thought about finding a support group where I could talk about, thanks for allowing me to join.

Hello and welcome! we do understand what you are going through. Many members have one or more symptoms regarding peyronies disease. You have to stop with vitamin E. That is old advice. Pentox as well.

What works moderately? Traction device (restorex!) in conjuction with a vacuum device. Many people use the Augusta medical, but the osbon erecaid is also widely used. If you are diligent and proactive you have a good chance of regaining length back.

You mention needles. Not necessarily. That's for plaque or curvature. You also need or should have a sexual medicine specialist that understands this so you can get better support. In the meantime, check this link: https://malefertilityandpeyroniesclinic.com/peyronies/treatments/

Yes as Pfract has stated starting with a traction device is good then adding on a VED device. Also please download our survival guide if you have not -->Survival Guide

You should not be embarrassed or ashamed of this. This is a very important part of your physical body and also an emotional aspect of your manhood. You will recover some if not all of your lost length. You must get a grip on your feelings and emotions and have the mindset that this is a marathon and not a sprint.

We have all been right where you are at! When my peyronies started I was about 7 1/4 in length and I lost 2 inches. This was about 5 years ago. Now I have almost regained all of my length back. Mind you though it has taken time and persistence. Some men come here and want an overnight remedy and sadly to say that peyronies is not at the top of the list as far as educated Dr's. Or ones with experience either.

You will also gain a lot of knowledge from reading the posts here as there is a lot to gain from others experiences.
