Hi, had my Peyronies for a few years now, slight upwards curve towards the end, and a reduction to about 5", I've never had the strength to measure it, though.

Psychologically, I'm at peace with the condition.  

I'm 62, pretty well built, but with a spare tyre, that'll never go completely.

I had very aggressive chemo 8 years ago (leukaemia) so I have testosterone injections.

I wake up most morning with wood, and I've actually had times when I'm woken up several times during the night due to wood.

I seem to manage ok when I masterbate, and will have good wood in the final stages.

But, I struggle with women, I'm currently seeing an attractive woman in her 40s, although I'm feeling aroused, when I check, it's not hard enough for penetration.
She's perfectly fine with how I treat her in bed, but will that last?

I have both Viagra and Tadalafil to hand. I generally haven't been in the position where I have regular sex, so maybe I need to experiment with the timing or something?

Or is it a general symptom of Petronie's?

I caused my peyronies by taking high doses of Tadalafil and Sidenafil so be careful with the dosage.

The best and safest combination is to take 5mg Tadalafil a day to increase blood flow and reduce inflammation to the penis.

I wasn't taking any daily dosage and instead I would take 200mg Sidenafil and 60mg Tadalafil a few hours before sex and have group sex sessions lasting hours.

The next day I'd often have a swollen and numb penis and would have no desire for sex for the rest of the week.

I'd repeat this for 2 Saturdays a month. A year later peyronies set in.

The safest thing to do is 5mg Tadalafil a day and 100mg Sidenafil ocassionally 1-2 hours before sex.

The dosage shouldn't wear off unless you've used your penis for sex.

So I wouldn't worry if things happen later.

The key is don't drink any alcohol as it stops it working.

Also you should use 100mg Sidenafil in the form of Kamagra. That's it's liquid form, known as jellies people call them.

It gets into the system quicker and is more effective.

The problem with the tablet form is their effectiveness is dependent on what and when you've eaten.

Kamagra is only available on the black market in the UK.

There's lots of different websites, can even be bought on Amazon.

It's prescribed in some countries.

I've read about it and it is much more common than people think. Especially in the later stages of the disease.

It has to do with a lot of things. First off the scarring prevents proper blood flow to the area thus preventing normal expansion. Secondly there's the pshycological aspect of knowing your penis is damaged which in many cases lead to ED, brain is one of the key factors in proper erectile function.

Once this condition is diagnosed what follows is usually anxiousness stress, frustration  and worry. Those things are known erection killers.

Yes, that should be fine to take those dosages.

You can also take 4 60mg Sudafed Decongestant tablets after you are done with sex if you're worried about prolonged erections.

They contain pseudoephedrine hydrochloride which works as an antidote surprisingly.

Just make sure you don't get the Phenylephrine ones from the shelf. You have to ask for the Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride ones from the pharmacy.

Just had my first Kamagra, it's made me feel a little weak and trembly?

I haven't particularly noticed those side effects.

The usual blurred vision and headaches can occur when taking high doses.

Make sure you take paracetamol with it.

It stops headaches. I am a contact lense wearer so I also use dry eye drops to help.
