Regarding Cialis, I don't know if can get in Italy without doctor prescription, but low dose Cialis is an essential component of the therapy together with Pentox in my opinion

No cialis can not be purchased without a prescription. I will try to have it prescribed by my doctor. The problem is the really high cost.
Look for tadalafil online, very inexpensive as a liquid here without a prescription. I use blue sky peptides.
Regarding Cialis cost, I am cutting the 20 mg or the 10 mg in 4. Not easy task, but carefully and slowly can be done

Good option, one could also crush and divide out into capsules, esp if you want to get down to 2.5mg. On amazon One can get the empty capsules and a tiny spoon for filling them.
James, I dont know how they price in your country, but Cialis 5 mg tablets are priced considerably lower then the 10's or 20's. Here you would be much better off to buy the 5's,rather then split a 10 or 20 mg tablet. If you are going to 2.5mg then the 5's cut in 1/2 are an even better option. Check the pricing on the 5's ...

If dividing up a pill is cheaper, ask the pharmacist if they sell pill dividers, cutters, etc. They're cheap and safe to use. It's basically a razorblade inside a plastic housing. You place the pill where you want it split, then close the lid and the blade safely splits it. Around $5-$10 in the US.
