Title: Cold penis
Post by: 29mUK on June 27, 2014, 05:01:04 AM
Over the past week, I've noticed that my penis seems to feel cold when flaccid. Sometimes it's cold to the touch, other times it is a normal temperature when touched... but feels cold nonetheless (if that makes sense!).

It reminds me of the cold feeling I get in my hand as a result of carpal tunnel.

As far as I know, this isn't a recognised symptom of Peyronies Disease. Just wondered if anyone else has experienced the same?

Well I've always experienced that feeling, only on my glans, when I've spent several days without having sex / masturbating. After sex, normal temperature would come back together with a larger flaccid penis.

I guess it's all related to how much blood flows towards the penis.

This is something I began to experience when my Peyronies Disease got particularly aggressive and advanced. I find VED therapy helps with this significantly. I recently went away for a week and didn't bring the VED with me. I found my penis was colder and paler than it has been during regular VED therapy. I guess it's to do with blood flow.

The reason of cold penis as Caesar has stated is bad blood flow.
The treatment for it is increasing the blood flow by VED, Pentox, Cialis etc'

So in theory then, applying a heat wrap/using a rice sock whenever possible is prob a good thing? (helps alleviate pain as well)

Yes, you are right. Some of the forum members used successfully heated rice socks to alleviate pain and to increase blood flow.

What also helps, is ginger tea. Just chop up some raw ginger and put it in boiling water.
