Title: New member (20 years old)

Hi all,
I was recommended by a few people to take my concerns to this forum. I'm hoping for some feedback from you guys. I've always been a happy, bubbly and outgoing person but these issues im having are holding me back from doing many things I enjoy such as sports, working out, sex, etc. I'm really tired of not making an progress and am ready to maybe start traction or something more meaningful than simply waiting/supplements. I'm a 20 year old college athlete from northeast, USA.

Here's a little bit about where i'm at:

My symptoms of injury started back more than 2 years ago. After noticing some discomfort at the base and a change in shape of my penis (how it hangs) I stopped touching it for months during covid.

My symptoms gradually got worse though, I started to visit urologists only to get told it's in my head.

I'm now experiencing very annoying issues that are continuing to worsen such as shortening, increasing upward erection angle, semi/flaccid hourglassing, shrinkage, loss of spongey and elastic feeling (especially lower left side near base, had an injection there before an ultrasound this summer). All these worsen from masturbation, ejaculation, sex, any rough play with my penis, even working out/sports, and tight pants/underwear.

I've lost a lot of size and my main goal is to gain some back if possible. My flaccid for example used to be loose, relaxed and spongey most the time but now it is almost always tight, shrunk up, hourglassed, and inelastic. My erections used to be full and straight but are now super tight at the base, angle almost straight up to my face, and are smaller.

I can go into more detail but I just wanted to put some stuff about me out there.

Thanks for reading,
Tim

Timgreene2002:

Welcome aboard man! I hope you find the help and support you need, to the best of our abilities here. Try to stay calm and objective. Make a treatment plan for your condition. That helps a lot. One of things you can do, is take photos and measurements. That allows you to see if things are progressing and to what point.

Please have a look at this link: https://malefertilityandpeyroniesclinic.com/peyronies/treatments/ It shows the most up to date treatments that are recommended according to a leading physician in the field.

In my opinion, you should start traction as soon as possible. That is one of the things that if you have the time to do, help slow down the progression of the disease.

Cialis and L-arginine combined are a good idea, as they make your erections firmer and help with size retention too. They also loosen up your hard flaccid and that feels nice.

Thanks for having the courage to reach out. Please stick around with us. There is plenty to learn here. You should also search the board for the survival guide. Lot's of info there.

Really appreciate the reply. I am definitely looking into traction, the only thing that scares me is the possibly negative side effects. But i am looking into buying the total man vacuum extender. It seems the most comfortable at an affordable price. Im definitely going to be cautious, do you think this a good idea since I'm trying to regain length?
