Title: New member- Coming from link in The videos.
Post by: Chris9019 on November 16, 2022, 09:15:26 PM
Name is Christian. I'm currently 32. I work as a full grocery stocker. Disclaimer: I identify as a bisexual male. Apologize if stating that causes some to feel uncomfortable.

I just wanted to join because I was watching the videos about fasting and the penis. I was hoping to get some opinions. About 7-8 years, I was involved in heterosexual relationship for about 2 years that ended up with me experiencing emotional trauma and increased issue with socializing. As a result, I started to resolve myself to porn. My diet is alot of carbs, won't lie about that. Has been for a long portion of my life. I can get an erection but it take good amount of effort or physical hand stimulation and sometimes mental fantasy.

I've met this lady just recently which has forced me to realize my porn addiction. I've been off porn for about 2 weeks now. I can somewhat get a better erection but it still goes soft quickly. Was wondering if zeroing my carbs entirely would help my situation. I want to perform good in a sexual interaction for the first time in say a "a long time"

I don't smoke or drink. I actually was raised to abstain from smoking and drinking at a young age.

Welcome Chris9019 to the forum. To begin with you do know this is a forum dedicated to peyronies and all are welcomed here. The first thing you can do is to download our survival guide -->https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,3180.msg44057.html#msg44057 . This tells you all about peyronies and its treatments.  You probably don't have peyronies and all of your erection problems could be porn related as it can do a lot of damage to an individual. Peyronies can also cause erection problems too, but you usually will have some form of pain/deformity. Have you considered going to a Dr for a health evaluation? Erection drugs do help with things, but you are young enough I would do a little investigating with some labwork to see what is going on. Eating healthy has it's advantages and a lot of carbs have been known to cause obesity, insulin resistance, diabetes ,etc... Look into lowering your carbs and eating more veggies and lean proteins. Also a lot of sex/masturbation can wreak havoc on your sex life. Take things in moderation for a while and adjust some things in your life. Finally if you could please fill in your signature line -->https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,10819.0.html  . This tells us a quick story about yourself. Also remember to use your member screen name instead of your real name in future posts.  :)  Mikel7
