Title: Hyaluronic acid filler injections (Not prp+ha)
Post by: overthecurve on April 30, 2022, 08:10:44 AM
Hi guys,

I had the PRP injection about a month ago. The first 3 weeks were amazing, my penis looked good and filled and less curved. I was easily aroused and felt so confident. But now, it all came back to normal. Im wondering if more injections will make the effect last longer?

But, this post is not about that. I would like to know if someone ever had hyaluronic acid fillers injected, as a cosmetic procedure? I lost so much girth, I am ready to do anything to get it back, even if it involves expensive injections I have to do every 2 years. Who has done it? Did Dr.Trost ever gave a comment about it?

Thanks!

I did the HA filler injections to deal with narrowing.  In my case, the main problem was narrowing with just a slight upward curvature.  I tried many of the other standard treatments (pentox, l-arginine, low-dose Viagra/Cialis, VED, shockwave, and a few others).  I was told by a urologist that my narrowing was very unlikely to be resolved surgically and that the risks would be very high.

I got the HA filler about 1 year ago.  For me, it worked to cover up the narrowing and left me with greater girth than I started with.  In this regard, it was absolutely successful.

It is expensive.  Also, the filler can sometimes be unstable and settle or migrate in the weeks or months following injection.  I had to go back for two follow-up visits for smaller "touch up" injections.  All told, the cost is well above a series of shockwave treatments and can even approach what Xiaflex would cost if you need a few rounds to get it right.  It also breaks down over time (1-2 years), so you will eventually have to go back for more if you want to keep the benefits.

But, I can say without qualification that it corrected the narrowing caused by Peyronies, and even mostly covered up the very slight curvature I had.  Of course, to keep the benefit, I will need to go back for more periodically.

For serious curvature, I'm sorry to say that I don't think HA filler would help.

thank you very much for your answer and sorry for the late reply. Would you have any pictures of the results? Can you tell me where you had the procedure done ?

Thanks a lot in advance!
